Cox is horrible. Their internet is slow when I PAY for high speed. At this location, we are NOT up to date on the latest of everything out there, and I learn this EVERY TIME I leave the state. Also, ppl REEEALLY need to watch & read their bills when they get them bc well find charges for things that NEVER HAPPENED, or install fees for them coming out to help fix a problem......thats on THEM!!!
