Extremely Overpriced. Frequent ghost charges which they dont tell you about when you sign up. Horrible customer service. Cable box went bad on a Friday night and they said someone would come check it out on Tuesday. What a joke. I would recommend anything besides Mediacom

Who has 4 hours in the morning or 4 hours in the afternoon to wait for the service man to come? This is my biggest complaint. Then there are too many small things I just dont want to mention...Cannot wait to terminate my 2 year contract.

Horrible!! They make an appointment for a week or more later when you call with a problem and then dont show up.
