Overall Fidelitys internet is great, fast, and reliable. Never have had a problem, the technician was on time and worked fast. Very friendly. Sometimes it takes a while to get to a live customer service but they make up for it with quality of service when connected. I had issues with online bill pay, but customer rep. quickly fixed my issue. Just wish t.v. service was a little less expensive with higher speed internet package.

AMAZING INTERNET Very very poor customer service and automated payment method. We ll be on customer service hold for HOURS sometimes even until they close (they dont even keep the calls they have on the line, once they close they hang up on EVERYBODY) and its 5 bucks fee for customer service payment The automated payment doesnt charge anything, but it never works and sends us to voicemail.

I was told a Fidelity worker would be at my house between 1 and 5 today to transfer my service. I stayed at home all day (sometimes they come early) and he never showed up. I didnt even get a cancellation phone call. Now its Friday night and we are without service all weekend. This is very disappointing. Im sure I will still be charged the $25 fee though.

Expensive! Internet and TV service is high $. Business phone contract of 3 years has been a hurt when the business didnt pan out after one year. Love to have that contract dismissed. Anyhow 3 stars just because :)
