Terrible customer service, pricing is outrageous, Internet only works ever other day, if you use their router you have to reset it every day, they change their rates whenever they want for no reason but to make an extra buck, they will make you pay for days you dont even have service, download speeds change by the hr, if you can get a different cable provider I would do so at any cost!!!! Some how if you dont have service they say its not their fault and if so they also say you need to notify them every time for them to work anything out with you. Even though everything is digital now and they can disconnect you right from their desk. But some how cant see that you lost signal the 100+ times you do a month. They take the lazy route to earn a buck. I would give them a 0 but not an option. Oh and I delt with it for 2 yrs because I have no other options where Im at other than satellite. That is what Im changing to now. Dont listen to the automated responses on here either. Customer service WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!!! They will only give you the run around not get anything solved. Also funny that in almost every automated response it says sorry SERVICE was down. Every review is on a different day so it only shows you right there how much its down and how pathetic service is to help.

It seems as though nobody has anything nice to say about this company and anytime they experiance a problem they want to complain and write a bad review. I would have to say that I have been with the company for almost a year now and have had no problems with customer service. Everytime I had an issue it was resolved almost immediatly and the people were friendly as well. I always have had service and have no problems with intermitent service. Very fast internet as well with no troubles streaming on multiple devices at the same time. I currently have the 75Mbps package and I think its a great value. If the people on here dont like the service they should try going to Windstream and see how horrible that is. They are slow, intermitent, and extreamly high cost for the amount of speed offered.

Ive only had Midcontinent for a few months and the internet service is having problems almost on a daily basis. I have to reset the modem multiple times a day and multiple devices cannot seem to get internet access. I have called numerous times they have changed out the modem and check the lines and still cant figure out what the problem is my next door neighbor is having similar issues. Customer service very unhelpful. Updated .....I just talk to a customer service representative an hour ago and asked what the problem was and what was going on being I had to reset the modem constantly his reply was "well sir the modem hasnt been reset for a day and a half" this company really must think that a day and a half without an issue is an improvement. WOW!!!!

The worst customer service ever! We moved to Becker Aug 31st and when we called around to see what would be best for are familys needs for WiFi they told us a 12 gig would be great and perfect for us with 27 WiFi devices with little ones watching Netflix all the time...well the speed was very slow Netflix didnt work so the 22nd day we have had the service we called to cancel like the installer told us we had 30 days to cancel....they wouldnt let us and if we did it was over $300 to cancel and found out by the 15th day of this service we went over are 12 gigs and we used over 60 gigs.....they wont do anything for us even though we where told all this info from them and there techs all lies worst company ever wouldnt recommend them to anyone

I used to have US Cable, and then MidCo bought them out. And I think this was more of a good thing, because MidCo has some pretty speedy internet available to us (100 Mbps download/15 Upload) with no data limits and it doesnt cost an arm and a leg, and we do not tend to have any issues. So, overall I think this is a good ISP to try out. The TV is nothing special though. But it works. Lots of channels are available, but in my experience, the TV boxes are very basic. Update: ISP got even faster internet available to us. For $20 more, we went from 100 Mbps to 200 Mbps. They also announced fiber, so I think that will be in my area eventually as well.

I am so disappointed with their cable. I left dish because it was expensive and went out every time it rained! Well I have had this cable for about 4 months and goes out at least 2Xs a week! It is ridiculous! So frustrating! I have emailed one other time about this and got nothing! Its pretty sad that they dont care enough about their cable. WI-Fi is fine but their cable STINKS! But then again they got my money and could careless about their customers! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!!! So disappointed!!!

Am unable to watch half of my channels most of the time. When I called in for customer service I was told that a tech could come out in three weeks. I work for another cable company and am seriously considering switching to a dish. I realize that weather will be an issue, but Midco is bad when the weather is perfect! My internet leaves a lot to be desired, as well. I am supposed to have their fastest speed. Just ran a speed test and had a blazing 2.6 mps download.

I HAVE TURNED IN ALL YOUR DEVICES AND PAID IN FULL MY DEAD MOTHERS BILL. YOU DID NOT TREAT HER VERY NICELY WHILE SHE WAS ALIVE, AND THEN YOU FORCED ME TO CONTINUE HER SERVICE. I HAVE ASKED AND NOW TOLD YOU TO STOP CALLING ME, AND WRITING ME LETTERS. I OWE YOU NOTHING. YOU CLAIMED WE HAD TOP RATE SPEED FOR INTERNET, LIE. WHAT FEW STATIONS WE PAID FOR COST OVER $150 A MONTH. WE ARE NOW WITH DIRECTV, WE HAVE MORE CHANNELS, FASTER INTERNET, AND A MUCH LOWER BILL.

Internet goes on and off constantly. Phone numbers listed give busy signals. Terrible customer service. Reviews show mammy customers having dropped sketchy service and they always say to call. Internet down all morning, 800 help number goes straight to busy for 2 hours, now the phone number says all circuits busy call later. I pay almost 70 a month for an Internet service that works most of the time. Starting to feel like highway robbery

Internet goes out all the time. When it does work a tach shows up to troubleshoot..... Woke up today with no internet and a miscommunication tech is at the door. We didnt even call. Now the service is completely out for everyone and you cant even call midco because thier phones are down. We run a business out of our home and still no service after four hours. Tech left a long time ago. Bummer.

I have had this service for less then a month my internet sucks it takes 20 mins to load netflix on my tablet. I had guy out on saturday was supposed to unjust the wfi frequecy on my modem and test for interferance the tech name was david. He didnt do any of that he told me just resest my modem every day. Oh and today alone i had reset my modem twice. His your equipment that outdated.
