Expect to have your cable go out regularly, call every month or more, and have the technicians not show up. Watch your bill closely, I was over charged one month and called, they admitted their mistake and that it would be corrected on my next bill. The following month, the same thing happened, they said it would be reflected on my next bill. The following month, the same thing happened again, they said it would be reflected on my next bill. I called again and again and they kept saying it would be corrected and when I finally escalated the issue to managers managers the est the could do was credit me a portion of the charges. I documented as much as I could throughout my horrible experience but I only have so much time. All in all, the worst experience of my life.

Living on the west side of Minneapolis is great the only complaint I have is the internet providers out here suck. We went with Mediacom and to be quite honest with you they are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. 1. The internet speeds that they advertise are absolutely no where near what you pay for. 2. Customer Service is just garbage. They keep giving you the run around until you are too pissed off to even deal with them anymore. 3. For $80 a month I would think the internet would actually work instead of having to keep restarting the modem.

Finally couldnt take it anymore. Terrible internet connection, on for 1 hour and out for an hour. Technicians could never find anything wrong. Tried replacing all my equipment and didnt help. Slowest speeds. Customer service was located out of the country. Cable TV was pixely and tiling and many evenings would lose cable completely. No one could help me resolve it so have moved on because I dont have anymore hair to pull out.

Zero stars!!!! Mediacoms service is staggeringly poor. By far the worst service for any business I have ever dealt with. Please, please do not use them and if you are already using them, I"d suggest you drop them before something stops working and you try to get them to fix it. My internet is not working and they have missed 3 appointments in a row. For some of these, I took a 1/2 vacation day only for them to be a no-show.

dont know what is worse their cable or their internet. all of my DVR shows were magically erased when the box froze. i have had Comcast, DirectTV and hands down Mediacom is the slowest and most unreliable. their techs have been out multiple times and the service has gotten worse... great to know you still have to pay full price regardless of what type of service you receive. cant wait to switch!

This location helped me with what I wanted. I do question some of their business practices though. It is probably industry wide, but charging me to cancel service is a big stretch when I turned in all of my equipment at the time of cancellation for that particular service. I also have varying internet speeds and most of the time do not achieve what I am paying for.

Paying for dysfunctional internet. This is not 50mbps. I cant even load the homepage for YouTube correctly. Videos hardly buffer in 144p. I swear, Im going to have a stroke from this.
