If there was an option to put 0 stars, I would. They are not willing to work with you for anything! Apparently they set up their own time to come and set up our internet without verifying with me that Ill be home at that particular time, in which I will not be home during the time they set up, and they informed me of that change when I called them to ask about activating our account. Otherwise, I probably wouldnt have gotten told when they were coming. Do not know how this company is still functioning.

The worst place ever! Signed up for it almost a month ago. Cashed my check weeks ago and yet NO service! Im beyond mad! Ive missed work to be here too get it hooked up and they dont show Or call and the sales rep wont return your calls or answer emails! This is the worst costumer service ever! I would definitely go with someone else! Dont be sending sales reps out to get business if your not going to take care of your custumers!!!!!! You dont deserve a star rating

Another corporation who does not care about their clients! They only want your money. Dont expect any help from your local office, but they will freely insult you to your face. Once they have convinced the city to allow them in with no competition, they expect you to pay for a service they are unwilling to deliver. In a nutshell.....they are an incompetent company who I look forward to continuing being a thorn in their side until competition can humble them!!!

Called to trouble shoot my issue. Was told because i use a router they cant help me. So i asked if i could just disconnect my service they said we require a 7 day notice, but you will have to call back tomorrow no one is here to help you now. Wednesday night 8pm? Really? With my $80.+ I paid for this month because im out of contract... will be leaving tomorrow. Thanks for the customer loyalty offer :-(

Thought I would give these guys a try and the other reviews are correct, the customer service is horrendous, ditzy, blahzay like attitude, at&t has bad customer service but its nowhere near these guys. Whoever is working their consumer relations dept. needs to be fired and the rest needs to be overhauled and retrained. Im scheduled to be set up with mediacom next week but am ready to cancel it.

Love their on demand feature and combining Bills ability phone cable internet however when moved from this city to another city and returned all equipment they never charged it back onto my account as returned and made me pay over a thousand five hundred in just equipment charges and Im not the only one thats been done to over half of Waseca its been dealing with the same thing

We have been without Internet or phone for a very long time and keep getting terrible service from Mediacom. If you cant answer a call coming in at some unknown time, theyll cancel the appointment....even if youre in a business meeting, on the toilet, or in the doctors office. I dont know why everyone in the Southern MN area doesnt go with Jaguar. We are!!

Called to ask about their internet plans and products cause I just moved to the area and the lady I spoke to said MediaCom has been disconnected in the Waseca area since 2015 so she cant help me? Ummmm...okay? Then why am I still getting mail and ads for MediaCom? How pathetic..

Mediacom is a pretty decent cable company offers fast wi fi home phone and o course cable with tivo an movies for purchase.. The prices are a bit high customer service is just OK often inexperienced people which makes it sometimes hard tp fix problems
