If an employee READS documentation & asks questions, he-she will know expected speed to work at. Ive seen temp. Workers "milk" kato cable just because management is patient & does NOT micro-manage. I WAS a temp. That was Hired Full-time. A worker has to be Very Lazy or Negligent to show up daily to get fired. PREVIOUS comments are ERRONEOUS because I See Kato Cable Management give chance after chance to employees as temps. Most workers I see coming in that are fired have a Very POOR work Ethic & should IMPROVE themselves BEFORE throwing wreckless comments towards a Previous Employer. .. I enjoy my Job & Eric (owner) Personally thanks his employees for their work almost weekly... Im Blessed to work here!!!
