TIRES PLUS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR VEHICLE. I brought my truck in to have the tires balanced & an oil change. The kid (early 20s) working on my truck, broke off one of the bolts on my tires, No big. (Figuring they could replace it, since it is a simple fix) After they finished balancing the tires and oil change (they never bothered to confirm that what kind of oil change) They decided to tell me that they wanted me to come in on Saturday so their "mechanic" could replace a bolt for me "on the house" as if they were doing me a favor. Yeah right. In conclusion, I left there with my front left tire shaking every time I got up to 45 mph! Well, tires plus, You may have chumped me out of 80 bucks, but I will do everything in my power to tell everyone I know to avoid TIRES PLUS AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE SUCKS!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. If I wanted some punk with no experience working on my truck Id do it myself!!! Never going there again. In fact, I will be doing most, if not all of my general maintenance and repair on my truck, from now on. Its freaky realizing that some "mechanics" / shops working on vehicles just dont know or care, that your safety & well being is at stake.

Please do business with this place if you like getting bent over backwards. The customer service is absolutely terrible and you would likely have a more pleasant experience being booked in to jail. They do not stand behind there products one bit unless you purchase the extra warranty. I have gone in with a simple tire rotation and left with them claiming that there are multiple other problems with the vehicle that were not an issue before the vehicle was dropped off. Did I mention that customer service is TERRIBLE? These guys have had a lot of experience ripping people off and have become quite good at it. enjoy.

Had to replace my tire, it had to be special ordered. I was told it would be ready the next day. I went in after work and the manager told me they "forgot to order it". No apology. They were able to have the Rogers store bring one they had in stock but said it would cost more!? I needed a tire ASAP so I had no choice. I paid for their mistake. Rude. Poor customer service. I felt that they treated me like I was stupid. or didnt take me seriously because i am a female. It is now one month later, the tire was not put on correctly, wires are showing and I once again have to get a new tire. I will NEVER go back!

Bad place to do business. I was Poorly attended twice, the first time the attendant did not answer because I just needed to change a lamp from my car. Unfortunately I had to come back because it stuck the tire and I needed to repair it urgently.They said they could not fix it because the tire had broken down and I needed to buy at least two new tires. That this was the only solution. So I insisted and they sold me a used tire for sixty dollars, so I went in the contestant and they repaired the tire and installed it in the car without any problem. So I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Avoid this place! My wife brought our truck there to get a routine rotation and balance. They came back stating that they recommended that we replace the serpentine belt and the left inner tie rod. Heres the problem... the serpentine belt is brand new, just replaced three weeks prior to bringing it there. The left inner tie rod was replaced by them at the same time they replaced my tires just 5 months ago. They are either inexperienced or they are trying to rip me off. Either way, I dont recommend going here!

I have been taking my car(s) needs to Buffalo Tire Plus for many years. I have changed cars throughout the years, but never changed where I go other than Tires Plus of Buffalo. In fact, I go there for more than just my car. If my riding lawn mower needed a tube or fix, I know exactly where to go no place other than Tires Plus of Buffalo. I find a very pleasant experience with Buffalo Tires plus no matter what day, time, or who was managing the front desk. It is a joy to be helped by Buffalo Tires plus

I recommend people not coming here they are really rude to you and you sit there longer than your told me and my brother went there and this guys said its gonna take about an hour so we left and walked around when we got back the truck hasnt even left the parking lot.. we were there for 3 hours this place needs nicer people and better estimates..

Went in with a tire out of balance. Left with the whole front end of my car shakeing. Went back to have the problem fixed and waited 2 hrs at which point I left without my car. Its been an hour since I left and still no call. I will never go back there. Ever. And I will tell everyone of my experiance.

I called to get a quote on 1 tire, and they had the best price in Buffalo! I knew there was something wrong with my car and they were able to tell me what was going on and they had print outs. The service rep knew what he was talking about. And I would recommend anyone to them.

Didnt have work done because they didnt have the spline needed to rotate my tires. Seemed like a decent legit tire shop. The manager helped me find a place that did have a spline socket.

Worst place for any car maintenance or tire service, went for rotation and said I needed didnt even fix the pull. Also avoided tire warranty from tire waring on one side. Scam artist.
