I had a flat, and thought all I would need would be a plug, because I expected to get MANY more miles out of the tires I had put one less than two years ago (by another garage), but the technician showed my tires were clearly too worn to be fixed, and needed to be replaced. Discussion about replacements was fine I appreciate the opportunity to get on their Wi-fi to do some research of my own before selecting the best option. I didnt blame C.A.R for the diagnosis, but the guy selling me the tires kept chuckling while I was clearly in misery about my position and I was clearly not happy about getting new tires. Thats the reason I took away a star was that was because of that chuckling.

Terrible business. Scrapped a car with them which they then repaired and resold without transferring title to the new owner. New owner got tickets that then came to me. Cant get out of the tickets because the owner of Certified refuses to produce a letter that states they bought the car from me. Now he doesnt return calls. These are shady people. Be warned.

Great service! Brought initially my boat there do to the cheapest marine rates in the area. Had such great service there, that now I bring both my marine work and automotive for Bryant to service. I would recommend Mound Certified and Bryant for all your mechanical service needs!

I am really impressed how clean this place is, compared to the old oil change place that was there. It was a complete make over with all new equipment and staff. They are very friendly and fast. Castrol was brought in to replace the generic bulk oil.
