I purchased a used Volkswagen Passat and would buy another vehicle from them in a second! Part of the negotiation was Tim telling me they stand behind the vehicles they sell. I bought the car and started driving it home and it started running hot. I called Tim and he said to bring it back. They gave me a loaner car and started working on my car. They repaired it at a great expense to them and did not charge me a penny. Tims warranty agreement was just a oral promise, nothing on paper! They are highly recommend.

I went in to Tonka Bay Auto recently to have my tires and breaks replaced for the winter. The people there were very helpful with everything I needed. The wait time was minimal and so were the prices. Very impressed with the service and will definitely be taking my car back there for anything else it needs!
