Stereotypical mechanic.. A guy came door to door selling coupons for Auto Pros, and after seeing there were free oil changes and a free ac inspection I bought the coupons expecting to save some money. When buying the coupons the guy told me that with the coupon to inspect my ac, they would be able to tell me what was wrong but after calling to schedule an appointment to look at my ac and change the oil I was told that the ac coupon was only good for a "visual inspection". So I just went with what the coupons were good for since I already paid for them, and when I went to pick up my car I was told that I owed $11. $8 for coolant and the rest was for disposal and I understand that they have to pay to dispose of filters and old oil which isnt a big deal but the oil change coupon says that it is good for a free 5 quart oil and filter change and fill fluids. So I went home to get my coupon to bring back to ask them about it and the guy who seemed to be the owner was all defensive right off the bat. He was telling me that "They cant do everything for free" which makes sense but the fact that I paid for the coupons, and was charged for the fluids that the coupon said were covered isnt right. I asked if they usually call people before they do stuff thats going to cost extra money and the told me "They did the oil change for free and cant be giving everything away for free and cant take the time to make a phone call and ask the owner if they want it done, and that most people thank them for filling stuff they didnt ask for and dont complain about it". The guy who seemed to be the owner was a real jackass but he did refund my $8 and said he was making a note on my invoice to not top off my fluids in the future but it doesnt matter because I will not be taking a vehicle to Auto Pros ever again.

This place is amazing... this will be my go to shop for everything... Im so glad I found it... let me tell you why... my 2006 nissan pathfinder started getting a vibration at 45-60mph...went to a shop Ive been going to on and off for 5/6 years and they told me I needed front tires... so I went and got tires... car was still doing the same thing... went to mineke and got it checked and was told that they checked everything and I have a bad transmission shudder... I should take my car to this shop up the road and they would give me a free diagnostic only thing I didnt have time that day I was leaving for a funeral... on the way to the funeral I looked up the shop they recommended and the BBB gave them a C- rating definately not going there... so I looked around in chaska as I had just moved out here recently... found this shop and another... auto pros quoted me $100 for the diagnostic and the other shop only wanted $75. I went with the higher price because my mom always said you get what you pay for... they called me back and told me that nothing was wrong with the transmission no codes, nothing but there is a broken u-joint... so I told them to fix that... they called back and told me the wear on the other was getting bad from the broken one did I want to fix both and save the labor charges... I did just that... now my car runs smoothly... no vibration nothing... . Instead of having to pay 2500-4500 for a transmission I was able to fix my car under $400. They will definately be my go to shop... and they will show you what was wrong to begin with.

I recently had my turbo go out on my Mazda CX-7, and being in outside sales, no car equals no income. Auto pros is by far the best repair shop that I have done business with in my 32 years of driving! Joe was pleasant, professional, and was great at keeping me updated from the very start of even just getting a verbal quote on the phone. He called back to apologize for the delay within an hour and stated that he was waiting on Mazda to get back to him with part numbers. very shortly after that called back and gave pricing, which was by the way on the low end of all the quotes I got. Knowing my situation of being in outside sales, Joe got me a loaner car as soon as he could, and got to work on my vehicle. He called and gave me updates and let me know where they were and what they found, he even managed to save my catalytic converter which saved me over a $1,000.00!!! WOW THERE STILL ARE HONEST PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD!!! I know that at majority of any other auto repair shop they would have simply told me it was going to be another $1,200.00 and pocketed more sales. But NOT at Auto Pros, they are Honest, and very Professional, and do great work! My car runs better than it did the day I drove it off the sales lot at Freeway Ford! But that is another story and we wont get into that now! If you have any auto repair needs, I say do yourself a favor, and take it to Auto Pros!! You Wont be sorry you did!! THANKS JOE AND CREW FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!!! ~Robert Rosengren Security Sales, General Security Services Corporation

I learned about Auto Pros when they came around my neighbor-hood selling coupon cards. I asked the owner specifically if they could fix what is wrong with multiple vehicles before we bought the coupon card. We started bringing smaller projects in to truly feel out the place. (weve always taken our vehicles to the dealership) The owner assured me no problem they could fix it & he has very great prices better quotes then i would probably get at other places. I needed the power-steering rack put in on my 2006 Lexus IS250 AWD. At first he quoted me 450$ for labor. I called back a week later to get an appt. when my part finally came in & the guy I asked for a quote from took 5+ hrs to call me back (very anxious to get this part in at any cost) I called back twice and no one yet had a quote finally 30 mins before they closed i called AGAIN and had to ask for the numbers. He never gave me a call. So I ended up wasting my time to only figure out that AUTO PROS was charging 1000$ for labor when last i called it was quoted 450$ & wont put in the part because I didnt buy it throughout them!!! what a waste of time and money. I will never bother to ask for a quote again clearly there workers cant be clear and gather all the information they need.

These guys are life savers. My Lexus gs300 Started acting up but just dying down in random places like the highway or parking lots, and knowing how pricey luxury cars are,i was budgeting upwards of 3k for the smallest problem. So the first time my car was towed there, they gave me a decent loaner car which i did not expect, but was super happy to have a car for work and other errands. They did a diagnosis for 2 days, called me and told me they are still not sure whats wrong,so i can keep the loaner car for a few more days. 5 days later, they still could not find the problem, and my car magically appeared to have stopped its misbehavior. They gave back my car and told me,first chance the problem reappears,i should drive straight to them so they could see the problem first hand. I did that, and after a few hrs of checking, the problem came back to be a 10$ piece of specialty cable that was worn out, that made the car shut off randomly. They could have charged me over 1000$ without knowing what the problem was the first time i had my car towed there, but they charged me 150$ after almost 2 weeks of trouble shooting. Am eternally grateful to these guys, with their courtesy, honesty, authenticity and the loaner car!!
