I have been bringing my cars to Impact Auto for the past 4 years. Jimi Brown and his staff are the most respectful, and polite mechanics I have ever worked with. They not only find ways to help customers with their cars, but also help them save $ by giving honest advice to maybe not repair things that dont need it. They are honest, genuine, and terrific people - plus they know everything there is to know about cars. New, old, even foreign - they handle it all. I know that taking your car into the shop is never a fun time for anyone, but - I have to say I always love stopping by and talking with these guys! Quality, Quality, Quality - I will never stop telling my friends about these guys and their work. Support a quality small business that really helps people! AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! There is a reason I drive 35 minutes out of my way to get service work done here. One of the hardest things to find these days are honest mechanics and lawyers!!! I can say Ive found at least one of those, and it wouldnt be a lawyer!!!! If you love the old fashion, small town, FAMILY OWNED, service centers, this is the place to be. Not only they have ASE certified mechanics there WHO CAN FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, AND NOT GUESS, they dont sell you everything under the sun like the big box service shops...... I bring my cars,truckss in not fixed/broken down,leaking fluids etc they fix what is needed and Im on my way. Great shop! Great people, Great service, reminds me of the old days when people took care of people!!!!!

I have never had such fantastic service anywhere in my 40 plus years of auto ownership. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant to work with. Even more impressive is their character and integrity. I have a couple of older cars. In one instance the owner advised that it was time to look for a new car. He could have done the very expensive repair and pocketed the money but he didnt. Today, after looking at the other old car he actually referred me to another repair shop because he thinks that shop can do the work for less. Im glad he is my mechanic and I really wish he was my neighbor. Most trust worthy place I know. I will always chose Impact Auto Repair first over any other shop.

Ive had my vehicle in several times for routine maintenance and a few big repairs. This crew is top notch! Theyre only concern is fixing the problem right the first time and making sure youre satisfied. They recommend what is needed for my vehicle, but never have they pressured me into buying anything. I drive over 20 miles to their shop because the service and reliability are worth it! From what Ive seen inside as well, they are a big supporter and contributor to their community.

I had them replace the front two calipers on my 4Runner as well as all the rotors. One of the rear calipers was also seized, but they were able to rebuild it which saved me some cash. The job was done in a timely manner and Jimi is professional. They also offered a lifetime warranty on the calipers at no extra charge. I will be returning here for all my auto needs for the duration of my time in the area. Thanks Impact Auto Repair!

Finding a good mechanic isnt all that hard to do, finding one that you can trust is a lifelong search. The guys at Impact Auto are both! I bring em my car, they tell me if a repair is necessary; if not, they give me a timeline when it should be fixed. They give me a price on a repair, that is what it costs. You wont find a better place to trust the care of your vehicle to. And the coffee is great as well!
