My first experience with All American was after I received a leaking gasket diagnosis from one of those chain places. I took it to All American for a second opinion. They confirmed the diagnosis and did the repair for significantly less than the quote from the chain. Since then I have never taken my cars anywhere else for repair. I own a 2004 Toyota Sienna with 111K miles. I hope to drive it for another 100K. The All American staff give me good advice about when I should do maintenance (and when I can wait). They have been consistently helpful in helping me understand the life cycle of my vehicle and how to keep it going for the long haul. I also had another car that I didnt care to keep for life. I received good advice about what it would take to keep the car going for the long haul and was able to make an informed decision about when to say goodbye to the car. I have found these folks to be the trustworthy knowledgeable mechanics I was seeking.

Weve been bringing our cars to John and his team for years, and they may not know it, but we tend to think of them like family. Were lucky to have found a place that we can count on, that cares about us, where we know the quality of service we will receive and with a team that we trust. On top of that, they tend to go above and beyond ~ last month we had a Monday morning where we had issues with both of our cars. Wondering how we were going to juggle getting the cars fixed, getting the kids to daycare and making it to work, we called John to see if he could fit us in. Not only did he find time to fix our cars, he made it SO easy for us. With one phone call to All American in the morning, what had been a big cause of stress for us was suddenly taken care of! Whenever our cars need some TLC, All American Auto is the first call we make!

All-American Auto has been servicing this neighborhood for a long time. We have been enjoying their services on both our cars for a good portion of that time. They are friendly, supportive, and available. We count on their excellent service, explanation of work-done and work-needed, and very reasonable costs. They continue to exceed our expectations for timely and trustworthy service. We enjoy working with John and the rest of the staff. My last experience there was with Jamie, who easily repaired a fuse-blowing situation, locating the problem and sending us on our way. Not only do they fix whatever ails our cars, but they convey integrity and service commitment in everything they do. Id also add that they seek to find ways to lower a repair bill rather than increase it, and this is something truly rare in my experience. Penultimate point: the whole crew is a family feeling business and they are warm and supportive like a small town shop in how they treat their customers. I was referred to by my neighbor and let me say I am so thankful! I had an issue with my stick being stuck in gear and these guys knew exactly what to do to fix it. As a woman who loves manual cars and knows a thing or two under the hood, it was so refreshing to go to a mechanic that wasnt condescending, gave me honest and upfront answers. Before I even had my car there and committed to their service they were listing off the possibilities and how much this vs. that would cost. I continue to go to them now for oil changes and they tell me what needs to be fixed and what can wait - they know Im on a budget! Great group of guys that I trust and enjoy visiting.

All American is the BEST! They were highly recommended to me 7 years ago. It turned out to be one of the most valuable recommendations Ive ever received. John and his staff combine both competence and integrity into the service they provide. Ive confidence in the care they show me and my vehicles. Along with maintaining my vehicles they have been most helpful in helping me evaluate pre-owned cars for myself and my daughters before purchase. Havent had a dud yet! In addition they have taken the time to instruct and advise my daughters in how to take care of their first vehicles. Now there are TWO generations of All American fans in the household!

Added on 3/5/2016: Another reason to utilize All American Auto. Great help in searching for a new/used auto. Will get your choice car in to look at it and make some suggestions/recommendations. I highly recommend All American Service. When I moved to a house near Oxford and Grand I started looking for a place to repair my cars. I visited a few shops before I found All American and then I never want anyplace else. Over the years we brought them three cars by three manufacturers from three continents and they were comfortable working on each vehicle. We were given great service at reasonable prices and, most importantly, John and the guys always treated us with respect.

All American is the only shop that I permit to work on my cars. I have had other shops tell me all of the things that needed to be done (which would have cost over $700) only to take it to All American and have them tell me no...that doesnt need to be done..They have saved me money and will realistically tell me what the priorities should be for repairs that I may have. I dont trust any other shop but All American!

We started going to All American almost 35 years ago when we moved to Minnesota with a VW Beetle that gave them a lot of business:) They saw us through 20 years of mini-vans and since then have kept our cars running so well we rarely get a new one.
