Needs serious classes in customer service over the phone.... Made an appointment and called for clarification on around about how long my squeaky break assessment could take. I have an infant so I wanted to understand the range of time. Person was so rude to me. He kept speaking to me in a really demeaning tone and saying "maam, maam - it could be number of issues, I dont know" - in the way you speak to a woman who knows nothing about cars. I said I understand this but how long does the assessment take and from there what is the range? He was so flustered by my question and kept being sharp so I asked him to cancel. What a ridiculous response, no excuses. Called Kline Volvo and they said it could be 1-4 hours but its best to arrange transportation. How easy was that response? Really silly mistake because we are a multiple Volvo family and plan to continue using Volvos for a long time. Just not using service with Glasgow.

I am a owner of a different auto shop. I was having problems with a Volvo (we didnt have the correct equipment). I didnt know this shop. Got their phone number from a 3rd party. Called them as a last resort and they walked me through a computer reset procedure over the phone. Saved me a lot of headaches and my customer thousands of dollars. They wouldnt except any payment when I called back to thank him. Very impressed with their service and honesty.

I brought my Volvo there last year to get rid of the check engine light that kept coming on. After +$3,000 of things they said were needed, the check engine light still comes on. After several trips there and taking time off work, the best I was finally told was to keep my gas tank over half full.. Did I mention that my check engine light still comes on?

A friendly, no-pressure, personable staff and crew that does good work. I really appreciated them taking the time to explain each of the items on the repair list and which of the items were high-priority and which ones could be tabled and for how long. The outside doesnt look like much but I highly recommend this garage for your Volvo.
