Ok! Let me say, that I have been with these guys or (BP) Rosemount since 2004. My first time gave me and impression that they are good and honest about whats going on with my truck and also helped me figure out what to do and how to go about it. Since then i have been taking my truck to these guys ever since. I like their honesty, they are friendly to all and also there willingness to help and get my truck done in a timely manner as expected. Their prices are lower compare to others and also have coupons you use, They have treated me good and i will always recomended them to anyone that have problems with other services to come to BP. What do I know about cars and as a woman?. Well I know pretty much car parts because they helped see and know what is wrong with my car and what parts that needed in order to get my truck fixed. I highly recomended them here in Rosemount.

I have been a customer of Rosemount BP for 3yrs now and from the first day I spoke with Paul I was made to feel as though I was their #1 client. From Paul making sure all of my vehicles are in top notch working order with minimal down time to Colleen special ordering store goods for me I have had a great experience with the entire staff and Jeff, the owner. Im a business owner and dont have time to worry about who is going to repair my vehicles or have my morning coffee, or get the best deal on an oil change or new tires. I just call Paul and let him take over and have no doubt things will be done to my, "Very High" standards. These guys (and girls) will go out of their way to get the job done and thats why I will continue to patronize Rosemount BP.

This is the second experience with Paul at Rosemount BP. The first was a few years back when our vehicle was on the older side. Our experince back then was that Paul went out of his way to take care of us with no pressure, just up front with what he recommended we have done on our vehicles. Just had our first problem since with our newer vehicle and I am glad to say Pauls service is still top notch. Recommended that I go to web site and print coupon that saved me $75.00 right away. Also suggest other promotions that will save me money. Paul also gave me price quotes on items that may need attention a little while down the road. If you are looking for a good old fashion service station Rosemont BP is the place to go. You wont be sorry.

Stopped in to have my oil changed and while the oil change service part was fine. the fluids and other items were checked and I was charged $2 for the service which I did not ask for. While I trust checking these things are of some value, if someone is not informed up front you will be charged a fee for them it does not seem right. I just wanted my oil changed - also asked about honoring competitor coupons which were less, and that question was not answered either I was greeted professionally, and the work commenced promptly but I would have preferred to just have the oil changed and be given the option of the other checked items.

Rosemount Auto is professional, timely and honest about their work. We recently brought in both of our cars for a brake check, and were relieved to hear that we can schedule the repairs as we are able to, and not requiring immediate attention. They also drove my husband home while they worked on his car. My husbands car was fixed the same day we dropped it off, as promised. Scott is very knowledgable and takes pride in his shop, and has checked in with us since weve had the repairs done. We would highly recommend Rosemount Auto to anyone in the area for quality, affordable and honest car repairs and maintenance!

I first experience with Paul at Rosemount BP was when my tire leaked. The team fixed the problem quickly and offered me a satisfaction guarantee that if it leaked again to just bring it back and they will fix it for free. My next experience just a few weeks ago was when I had a puncture in different tire, and I wanted it fixed. I went back to Rosemount BP. It turned out that my tires needed changing, and I wasnt pressured into purchasing 4 tires but only the 2 I needed. Paul did everything to ensure that he gave me the best price. Thanks guys for being a reliable and honest service crew!

I have been going to these guys for years and they do go work, are honest and they try to get you in when you have an emergency. Give them a shot!! I go to these guys for any and all car issues, and they have been fair, quick, accurately diagnosed my couple of small problems. and fixed them reasonably. I like them for basic maintenance and oil changes and anything else that comes up.

I have been very happy with the service I have received from the Rosemount BP. Very informative and down to earth management. Technicians have offered "cheap-fix" alternatives while explaining consequences of such action leaving the decision in my hands where it belongs. Not the cheapest place in town but always fair. Just as in all things in life, you get what you pay for.
