This USED to be a good place. They have a new manager now. He treated me really bad in front of other customers. It was embarrassing. Rick is a good manager. John left in 2014, he used to be a good manager. I got the tires on my sedan from John, I didnt buy the roadside hazzard warranty (or whatever its called where they replace the tire for free) my mistake. John had told me taking care of punctures will be free when I bought the tires, which I believed, Discount Tires does it for free from what I remember. Now the air is leaking from one of the back tires, I know it is because I took it to their shop once and they just filled up the air, it leaked again. I took it in the second time, and unfortunately encountered this new manager. He told me, loudly, he wont cover anything because I didnt buy the warranty. I told him John had told me the punctures would be covered. He told me again loudly, YOU DID NOT BUY THE WARRANTY, I WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANYTHING FOR FREE (paraphrasing here). I believed him, punctures not covered in warranty, then its not covered. May be John didnt inform me properly while selling the tires, may be I didnt hear it right. But really? Do I need to be treated like a second class citizen? I told him right there, you do not treat your customers like that, it was like this guy never dealt with customer service (claimed hed been selling tires for 20 years), or may be he did in a very rough neighborhood, whatever the deal was, I dont know. This guy DOES NOT belong in this shop. I am honestly embarassed to go back to this shop after being treated like that. In the end he told me hed fix the puncture for $24, I said no, Ill just get it fixed by Gunners Garage in Apple Valley, (theyve done it for me once for $10 earlier, dont know what the price is now). Listen to this guy now. He said a lot of these people are not professionals and they do "illegal" patching on the tire. At this memoment another customer lady who was checking out tires just gave him a skeptical side look. She was thinking the same thing I was, Mr. Assumption here should be the one talking about professionalism. Now listen to this. In 2013 I bought Dunlop tires from these guys for my van, knowing in my heart that the price is high, I could just tell. However, I decided not to look around, and go through these local guys. Really, you talk to some other managers at this shop theyre nice and professional, they take care of you. After being treated badly by this new manager, I decided to check the price of the same Dunlops at Sams club, and what do you know they were $100 cheaper at Sams Club, yup, I bought them for $500+ from these guys. I felt bad, I had even gotten a flat tire replaced by these guys on my van by that time, paid around $150 for that. And this new manager was accusing me of scoring some sort of a free deal. I seriously chuckle now that I think about it. I have rotation due on my tires on both cars. I will NOT go back to this shop for free rotation, Id rather pay someone else to do the rotation. They just lost a customer with a potential of long term relationship. Literally, they just pushed me out the door. You dont treat customers badly AND have high prices. I dont wanna get into a business lecture here, but theres a reason why Targets surviving and thriving with Walmart around, these guys should put 2 and 2 together, learn something from that. Anyway, Im looking around for a decent mechanic now. There are quite a few in Rosemount. Ive heard Murgics are pretty honest people, theyre just too busy all the time. These folks are not busy, I wonder what the reason is.....

Took my truck in for 4 new tires and an oil change. Made it about a mile from the shop after picking it up when it it started making a clunking sound. Brought it straight back. Turns out they broke a wheel stud and failed to share that with me when I picked it up. They tightened the remaining lug nuts and sent me on my way. I put maybe 50 miles on my truck after getting it back for the second time and the noise returned. Immediately suspected the same wheel from before. Found yet another broken wheel stud and the 3 remaining lug nuts were all cross-threaded, making them a nightmare to get them off. Where theres smoke theres usually fire - drained the oil that was supposedly new. Pitch black. Likely never changed. Needless to say, Ill never go back. Service at your own risk.

This place is unprofessional. I bought 4 brand new tires there and they told me that I had a one year of free repairs on my tire, but when I went back because of a nail in my tire they told me I had to have a road hazard thing when I initially bought the tires. Now even though that is true, it is extremely frustrations how they lie in the beggining just to get you to buy their tires. Whether they were lying or the worker didnt really know about it, it is unprofessional and frustrating. I would highly suggest going somewhere more professional and trustworthy because this place is unreliable.

I have purchased at least 4 complete sets of tires from this establishment and apparently their method for making additional money is to recommend unnecessary repairs when you go in to get your "free" tire rotation. I had the recommendation for service they suggested (brakes) checked out by my most trusted Dealer and they told me the brakes had at least 10K maybe 20Kmiles left on them. They will never get my business again for anything. If this is the way they treat their best customers imagine how they treat one time visitors.

Terrible service, fiancé took her 2014 chevy cruze in for a oil change. Next time oil needed to be changed i find the oil drain plug stripped. So i call and spoke with a manager and they inform me this is common. No its not I also have a cruze but older and never striped the plug on it or my fiancés. So then they tell me theyll give me a new plug. So i have to find a way to remove the rounded head on the drain to find out they Gabe me a plug that dont fit! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I OR MY FIANCÉ TAKE ANY THING HERE

I recently brought my vehicle in for an oil change. My car was looked over for any other problems. They found some minor and pretty major issues. I spoke with the manager Jon about them. He was very professional and helpful. He took the time to show me on my car what I needed to fix immediately and what I could wait to fix. He explained everything very well so I understood. I have had experiences that werent so good at other shops. I will definetly be bringing my vehicle back there!

I trust everything they say...after getting a quote from a different Goodyear for $800 to replace brakes on my Durango. I came to Paramount Auto Service. They gave me better service and saved me $300. I would recommend Paramount over any other garage. I trust these guys! They give great service and good prices.
