I brought my f150 in to these guys because i talked directly to the owner and worked out a deal for my steering issue when i showed up they were ready to go to work on my truck i left it there and went to work. I was updated throughout the day about progress and problems that came up. I knew it was the steerinh rack but they wanted to double check a few other things just in case it wasnt that and was told my thought was right and they let me bring in my own parts as we folks who know how to do some wrenching can be a cost savings. Later that week i took my truck back for more work with the steering not because they didnt fix it i was just so happy with my service there that i didnt hesitate to do so. The owner chris is awsome and will do what he needs to do to make it right. And my guy cody is right there with him making deals and no BS. This shop is clear across town from me and im still going to make that trip for this service!

Chris and the guys are Meineke are great. Their prices are competitive, the service is fast, and there are no surprises when you get your bill. Theyre great about checking with you before they do anything theyre going to charge you for. Theyve always been super courteous, going as far as offering me a ride home while they worked on my car. Theyre also really approachable. Other mechanics Ive used in the past have tended to be grumpy guys who act like talking to customers is the worst part of their day, but that is never the case at Meineke. Also, despite the fact that I have an old, crappy car, Im never treated like a second class customer. Theyre always respectful of both me and my vehicle. Theyve even gone so far as to advise me against services they thought would be unnecessary. I recommend Meineke without reservation.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I brought my car into Meineke, which ended up being a $700 repair, which isnt the issue....What is the issue is that while repairing one thing, they managed to break two other things in the process. When we got the car back they didnt bother telling us they had broken anything, and they also left the car a mess, leaving metal shavings all over the floor. I used to bring all my cars in for repair to this Meineke! I can say with all honesty that I will never bring one of my vehicles to these guys again. Very disappointed.

I was here couple weeks ago. They were priced reasonably and very accommodating. I know it is not in the best part of the town, but you will survive. The area is not so bad as a lot of people might assume. The owner was clear and precise on what was going on. He was well informed about IT and various current affairs. It was a great time chatting with him. The employees were great too. I would recommend people to give it a try or atleast get a quote for the service needed. I will definitely go back again.

I went to this shop to get my front brake pads and rotors replaced. The man who helped me was very friendly and informative about my choices of the parts needed for my car. When he presented me with a quote that was a little outside of my budget, he worked to find me affordable parts. I really felt taken care of at this shop. Highly recommend.

They do a great job here! I came in with a $1400 estimate from another shop and asked if we could do better. They helped fix an exhaust problem with some welding and a new pipe for $280! Still works great 5,000 miles later! Highly recommend these guys. Not rip off artists, honest and decent folks!
