While diving to the airport to catch a flight it was obvious my car needed help. Upon returning from my trip I drove it to Kremer to help me get it fixed so I could safely drive the 2 hours home. I arrived unannounced when they opened at 7am. I was ready to wait all day if they could work me in their schedule. After telling them my situation they worked me in and I was on my way home by 9am. Thank you! They were all very helpful and they have a nice waiting area. The technician Brian explained my problem and even drew me a picture so I could understand how they fixed it. Thank you so very much. Found them on-line and through my AAA Road Assistance App. Excellent service and they have my highest recommendation. They even told me if I have another flight & I need other work done that I could always drop it off during business hours and they would shuttle me to the airport and have my car ready to go upon arrival back to the airport. Excellent customer service and great work. Thanks so much!

I was not happy with some work done on one of my vehicles. I went a bit overboard and left a nasty review. I didnt want to leave a negative review because I always enjoyed the service I received from Ryan. A very knowledgeable person when it comes to vehicles. Anyway, after leaving a negative review....Mike the manager contacted me right away to resolve the issue free of charge. I can now honestly say that Kremer services is hands down the very best of the best when it comes to...not just servicing vehicles...but customer service as well. This is a company with management that knows what it takes to get...and retain repeat customers...because they Want and Appreciate your business. If this company was public...I would buy some of its stock...because the stock would only rise in price. Hands down the best company to get your vehicle serviced. What a great place to do business with. I was in from Cincinnati with my Motor Home and "Jim" from the spring department first advise that I come in so he could take a look at what I thought was a broken leaf spring. He spent half an hour with me crawling under the motor home and came out to announce that from what he saw there was no break and then went on to offer suggestions as to how to best level the camper. I was sure this was going to be at least a service charge for the diagnosis, but only said that he was glad he was able to help me and to let him know it there was any way he might be able to assist. We are up every year and if the level issue is due to the spring and not to our load out of the camper we surely will be back to have one of his suggestions implemented. Great guy! Excellent service provided to me today (9-05-14) My fiero had blow a thermostat housing gasket and was sitting on the side of the road.. The first company my roadside agent contacted was so unproffesional that i had to call and cancel service... THIS company on the other hand did a very very good job, the driver even knew exactly where the hook points were on my car (I didnt even know) He said he used to own a fiero.. He strapped my car on his flatbed very securely, drove very corteously, and dropped the vehicle exactly where i asked, and did the best job he could have possible done. I would highly reccomend this company to anyone, if you have progressive roadside service, tell them to send kremer services. I wish more tow companies were this good. IT is VERY rare to see a company in this field that is actually proffessional and cares about there customers.

Great service all around, and super reasonable prices. Somewhat hilariously, I found out about Kremer Services because another repair shop recommended them for a tow. When I called Kremer, I figured Id also get a quote for the repair of my fuel pump, and they priced the replacement almost $300 lower than the guy I was going to go to! The tow was reasonably priced. Throughout the process, everyone was super respectful and nice. When it turned out that my car wouldnt be done until then next day, the guy who was working on my car (Ryan), had an employee drive me back up to my home in St. Paul. They ended up having to replace a couple of parts beyond just the fuel pump, but still only charged me the quoted price, which I really appreciated. Looks like I have a new "regular" car repair shop. Thanks Ryan and Kremer Services!

I see these reviews about other towing companies and they all seemed to have poor reviews...except this one and now I know why! My wifes SUV died on a SUNDAY night! I called as my friend who manages a repair shop (Car-X in Woodbury MN) and he stated he uses these guys and I see why now! I talked to a nice guy names Drew who stated he would be to my location in about 30 min...(It took him about 15 mon longer....but hey....it was Sunday NIGHT after 5PM) Once he showed up he was friendly....and met me with a handshake! He was very careful when moving my wifes vehicle and seemed to have genuine interest in making sure my wife was happy and her vehicle was in good hands..... Just got a call from the shop.....and all is fine! GREAT JOB Kremer!!!!!

I have been going to Kremer Services for years. I have always received excellent service. It is not often you get and estimate on the work that needs to be done and when you get the final bill it is actually 1 CENT less. My vehicle is always well taken care of and I know if Ryan says my car needs something done that it is necessary. Living on a tight budget it is good to know that they can work with you. For example: Ryan will say this repair needs to be done for safety reasons but this other item can wait a little while. Also the girls in the office are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy the dogs that are in the office. Thanks for taking good care of my car and all the great service I have always gotten.

I AM FINISHED USING KREMER FOR OIL CHANGES ! Have had Kremer do the annual oil changes on my 33 foot class A gas motor home for the past five years. Have paid in the $80 to $90 range which I thought was high, but have been happy with their work. I am limited in the number of places that can accommodate a large motor home. I was shocked to have them charge $208 for the most recent oil change. When I questioned them about it, their response was "Oh we changed our pricing...thats what it is now..." When questioning the manager about the more than double price change he said, "We probably should have sent out a letter to the RV owners regarding the price change." You think?

The first time when i had then do alinement on my truck, every thing when good every one I talk to was nise about every thing, they explain every vary well to me The 2 ed time call them on a different truck that I own ( not the same one with the alinement different truck) just ask a few questions on the phone and the person on the phone seemed to have a little bit of attude with me, I had to repeat me self many many times, maybe the person i was talking to was have a mad day or someone ( which happens to every one from time to time), so I will may be give then an other shoot I will not let one bad phone call rate a hole business
