When I first moved to Maple Grove, I was looking for a cheap place to get my haircut and didnt know where to go, so I tried a few different salons and was not fully satisfied. One day, I decided I would splurge a little bit on my haircut and even color. So, I googled hair salons and came across Willow Salon. Aubrey has now cut and colored my hair twice and I have been pleased both times. She does an excellent job and is always ready to recommend new styles, colors, and products. She is very knowledgeable and seeks to make her clients look fresh and stylish. She has great customer service skills and is always polite and professional. I am proud to say that she has officially become my hair stylist and I would recommend her and Willow Salon to all of my friends, coworkers, and family. Keep up the great work Willow Salon!

My experience at Willow was terrible. I went in for a hair trial for my wedding- just wanting tight curls and nothing else. Went home with essentially straight hair with a couple loose waves. I have NO idea why she had such a hard time. I curl my own hair and it stays all day long and never falls. It seriously seemed like she had never curled someones hair before and even hit me with the curling iron. Stylist seemed very annoyed with me and acted like I was wasting her time. I was close to tears. Nobody offered any solutions or a trial with a different stylist. All in all, I would not reccomend this salon for special event hair.

My first time there I was made to wait so long (after booking in advance) I no longer had time for my hair cut. Im hesitant ever to go back because you dont know how long youll end up waiting (unless you show up late,in which case you get right in). They called me to make it right an hour after my appointment by apologizing and making excuses that the stylist was running behind and they didnt know I was on a time crunch (they would have known had someone bothered to tell me they were behind schedule)! Everyone should be treated as though they are on a time crunch whether they are or not!

This is the second time Willow Salon loses a stylist and now I was stuck with a suprise person when I was called the day before my appointment. Very frustrated with starting over again and the way they dont let one know until your appointment time. I did love my stylist, Michael, but the way I was l told I was having my hair done by a different person the day before just doesnt work in business and is poor business! You may love your hair stylist now but be wary of them leaving because you are getting an extremely good deal.

Ive been getting my haircut from Danie at Willow Salon for over 3 years now, and she does such a great job and really takes pride in her work. Every time I go in to get my haircut all of the girls are super friendly and they create a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Its no wonder why they keep getting voted one of the best salons in the Maple Grove area since they first opened. I highly recommend making your next hair appointment at Willow Salon and finding out for yourself just how great of a salon it truly is.

I never go in to my appointment nervous about how my hair will turn out! They always do such a good job and are always up on the latest trends! I recommend Willow Salon to all my friends! The salon is very nice, the stylists are all amazing and the prices are better than you will get at other salons in the area. Megan has both cut and colored my hair and I have been very pleased with both of these services. Being a red head, I am always a bit nervous for color because it is the hardest color to get right, but Megan did a great job! Plus she is the best hair shampooer ever! I certainly would recommend her services, skill and very sweet personality to anyone!

I absolutely love Willow Salon. Ive been there multiple times and had nothing but amazing service and I always come out feeling like a super model. Nikol knows exactly what to do. I trust her with my hair and let her go wild. I love the staff there, they are so welcoming and know how to do their jobs right. I highly recommend going! :D

Best color and cut ever! I am extremely picky about my hair, and honestly I am never disappointed when I walk out of Willow Salon! I have been going to Nicole for 9 year and as the saying goes... I will never cheat on my stylist (but why would I?) I cant honestly say I get compliments on my hair at least once a day!!
