I came in to New Reflections in Plymouth for a regrowth application (my roots) with blonde and I honestly looked absolutely no different when I left the salon. My hair is a brassy blonde when I asked for it to be toned, she didnt. And I still have over an inch of my natural hair color regrowth.. definitely definitely was not worth the $100 I paid. My stylist was nice though. I know some stylists intentionally leave some regrowth so you have to come back sooner, but this was pretty ridiculous. I was quickly shuffled out of the salon because it was 10 minutes to closing.. didnt even get my hair styled after. Usually go to a different stylist in CoonRapids but I just moved to Plymouth and needed my regrowth done asap as I had a wedding to attend out of town the next day. Needless to say, I was still embarassed to have my hair look absolutely no different. Ive asked for a refund and will not be returning to the salon.

New Reflections Salon in Plymouth does a FABULOUS job! Anyone who says otherwise must be completely nuts! The second you walk in the door your relaxing spa experience begins, they take care of your every need from start to finish! The salon itself is beautifully designed and decorated to provide the most relaxing experience as possible. Even if your just getting a haircut, you leave the salon feeling like a completely new and relaxed person! Definetly the best way to pamper yourself! I recommend all of my friends and family to New Reflections in Plymouth, and I will be returning every chance I get! Thanks so much to the whole team there, you guys really do a supurb job!

I came here for a haircut for the first time yesterday. I was so happy with the service I received! Best haircut in years. Plus a welcome surprise to be served tea, a shoulder massage, and hand massage. And obviously it doesnt get much better than Aveda products. My specific stylist was also very helpful, giving me suggestions on products for my specific hair-type without being pushy/sales-focused about it. She was also confident and knowledgeable enough to suggest a few things to do for the cut that she thought I might like considering the problems I tend to have with my hair. Thanks, Peppe!

I had been looking around for a great stylist for a long time. I tried all the competition. I have very difficult hair to cut. I have lots of fine, wavy hair that I like to wear both straight and curly. My previous stylists were unable to cut my hair so I could wear it both ways. I heard about Neil so I gave him a try and was hooked. He gives amazing cuts. He listens to what I want, tells me what he envisions and together we create a great look. He also makes sure to keep my cut current... which I appreciate. I have seen him for a year now and have never been disappointed.

Arrived on time and appointment started >20 minutes late. Tried to pay with gift card at the end and was told after the card was scanned that the remaining balance needed to be used up. I asked for the gift card back, so I could use the full amount at a future appointment and would pay cash this trip instead. I was told the amount was already deducted and that I would need to pick out products to use up the rest. After going back and forth I finally just picked out an overpriced bottle of shampoo, had to pay the difference plus the gratuity. Very frustrating.

I visited New Reflections for the first time last week and had an amazing experience! I wanted to get my hair cut quite a bit shorter (4- 5 inches), so I was a bit nervous to do this at a salon I had never been to with a stylist that I didnt know. However, I had an outstanding experience! Amy Pearson cut my hair, and she was incredibly friendly and talented! New Reflections definitely provides five-star treatment, and I will certainly be going back! Would highly recommend both New Reflections and Amy P! :)

I love this salon and my stylist, Erin, even more! She does wonders with cuts, colors and updos. She always has cute ideas for my hair, takes the guessing out for me and if I do want something specific, she does it better than I could imagine. I will go to her forever! This is a great place with good people and always a relaxing, pampering experience. Highly recommended!

They are rude and mean. My mom was from Chicago and ask if we can make an appointment under my name since she is never going to do it. They just refused to do it. There service is horrible, they dont get me in right way and asked for tea and I didnt get it until 15 mins after.

Had a great massage. The masseuse listen to what my needs were. The masseuse was very intuitive and went right to where I needed the work. That has been my experience with several other masseuses at this New Reflections as well. The best , totally the best

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and experienced stylists make New Reflections a great place to go! I love their separate area for mani/pedicures and the newly remodeled space is so nice! Definitely a great place to go for any service.
