I will never come back here again . I got a full foil , full color ( I had to pay for a full color along with the full foil because I wanted to have a paint between) eyebrow wax along with a deep conditioning . I spent quite a bit of money . I get my hair colored about once a year because it does get to be expensive otherwise . When I get my hair done its nice to feel a little pampered .. Getting your hair washed , a nice massage on your scalp is my favorite part , also just feeling good , looking good .. I got none of these things here at Adagio ! My beautician tried talking me into doing a partial , it went from me explaining that I would like my hole head done to her wanting to only doing a small amount of my hair ..then she got an attitude when I said I didnt agree with her choice . I should of just walked out then ! I got no massage on my scalp , I got dye flung in my face a few times and at one time even got into my eye , she never even asked me if I wanted a tissue to help with my eye burning a little . I could tell she was really rushing to finish . At one point she said that she will have to have someone else come to finish my hair because she had another client waiting I will also add their was no apologies . I called adagio before I made my opt. and told them exactly what I wanted them to do so their were no surprises . My hair didnt look bad but it looked like nothing was done except my highlights were a little darkened and my gray hairs were gone , I wanted my hair to look natural and a darker brown which Did not happened . other then that you couldnt even tell I got anything done , all that for nothing ! So I called to talk to the manager , that took a few days to finally reach her ..I explained to her what my experience was there at Adagio and she said she was sorry but their is nothing I can do except.. "I can send you out a LITTLE discount card for next time you come in " she said . I did get my discount card in the mail finally it was for $20 off on a $50 more service or $10 off on a $25 service . Its to bad I will not be using it !

Prior to this appointment, I had 2-3 INCREDIBLE massages with another therapist at this location. Im very sorry to say that I had the worst massage of my life here with Amanda. To begin, the room and table were cold, the heat was not turned on. It was winter 2014. The coldest winter on record. The therapist was impersonal and inept. She got defensive when I communicated to her that I wanted deeper pressure, and told me that shed get to it-she never did. She did not work the areas that I had told her were my areas of concern, and the areas that she did work gave me the impression that she had no training or natural ability. Unable to bear another moment, I ended the massage early, I told the staff at the front desk, they only charged me for the time I had. A manager called me a few days later to clarify what the issues were, which I thought was good. None of the staff I spoke with had ever had a massage with Amanda, which I thought curious. I do like the neighbor feel and it is a very nice salon, I may even try facial sometime, but I recommend they should vet the staff before they let them work on customers.

I had a very disappointing experience at Salon Adagio to day. I’ve been going to this salon for a number of years and have been quite happy with their services. My previous esthetician Heidi, was fantastic! Today I had a facial with a new esthetician, Migdalia. She has an accent, so when we were discussing what service she was going to provide and the price, I thought I would be paying for a chemical peel which I’d never had before. When I went to pay, I was charged for what she called a facial which was $25 more than what I had thought I’d be paying. When I inquired she insisted that she did a peel & a facial. I had no way of knowing the difference! The results were okay, nothing earth shattering and she doesn’t have a gentle touch. When I was done with the facial, she asked if I looked in the mirror and I said yes and touched my face to say it felt soft. She told me not to touch my face! NOT a relaxing, enjoyable facial that I was expecting and really needed on my day off!

Although my Stylist is great, highly educated, and have great interaction. I am not a fan of the Salon. People really only talk to their own clients, its very segregated and kind of "stuffy". The front desk staff could use lessons on Customer Service, when to acknowledge the client, and follow through with eye contact and service. Talking to them on the phone is even worse. They can be very short. I just had an experience where I called them to make an apt they answered and then told me to call back in 10 min when they open. They should have taken my information down and called me back. When I asked, if your not ready to help clients, why did you answer the phone they said, "You could be an employee." and then they were quiet. Stunned!

Dont go for the looks of the stylists working there or the setting, so dissatisfied and disappointed at this point!!! First time I was there Cassy did my highlights and she was friendly but when I came home I noticed that my roots still looked undone. And also even though she did a full foil very little did it show here and there, had to come in and redo it, the manager got it redone for me very fast, I came back a few more times after that. But today, having a very tight schedule before my vacation I was late by 15 min to do a retouch and they didnt take me in!!!! I was going to cry, the receptionist didnt even offer to reschedule!!!!

If I could rate this salon a 0, I would. I went in to get my auburn hair colored a silvery grey, and about $500 later, I ended up with a patchy MOLDY GREEN color. Not only did my hair look horrible, but the stylist REFUSED to fix her mistakes free of charge, and it took some arguing with the manager (janelle) as well to get my hair "fixed". Never giving this salon any of my money ever again. Horrible experience, rude staff, and way too expensive for the job they do. Oh, and they charged me by the hour, and you bet they took their sweet time. They definitely jumped to take advantage of a then 16 year old girl. Dont waste your money.

Called a few other places before finding this Gem!! Services was awesome, price was very fair (especially for the massage I received), I will never go anywhere else for this service! Tried a Massage Envy next door and was VERY disappointed in the games that I was required to play to get a simple massage and wasnt even that good. Sara was AMAZING!! I will send all my family, friend and co-workers to see her. Thank you guys for being a great local business!
