I have been to this location twice in a year. First we were low on anti freeze and they fixed our tubes to eliminate the leak for $430 & some odd dollars. After leaving I learned they over charged my significant other who picked the car up by over $200. I had to call and discuss multiple times to get the money back, by providing a text message that was sent. After roughly 3 months the car started leaking anti freeze again, probably not related, but it was frustrating. Recently, my drive belt broke and they replaced it in addition to the tension rod - No complaints. It has now been a few days and I go to drive the car for the first time and the heat does not work. After I call to discuss they said they verified the heat worked and it must be a blower fan. Ironically that is exactly what they quoted to fix "proactively" while I brought the car in for a drive belt. I called to discuss my frustrations and they said I could bring it in for the $83 fee to take a look and if the problem was related that $83 would go toward fixing the problem. Tooo much shady stuff to trust. I also had a drive belt on my passenger seat when I brought the car in, but they did not use and charged me for one instead. Another note, I was told my power steering wasnt working before I came to pick up the car and for $83 they would look into it. I told them to hold off as I would look into it first, but when I arrived the power steering worked fine... I am not a hard nosed car guy, I change my own oil, plugs, wires, tires, wipers, lights, batteries...etc the simple stuff. I have not once felt comfortable bringing a vehicle here and will not recommend. I give it three stars because they did fix symptoms both times. I recommend looking elsewhere.

When I got my 99 BMW 328i 3 years ago, several members in my car club recommended JB Eurotech. Since then, JB has done repairs on my car a number of times; and each time the experience of dealing with Seth and Will and the others at JB has been nothing short of excellent. This is what a quality auto repair shop should be. What I appreciate most is the honest, practical approach they seem to take on a service issue - large or small. Seth knows BMWs very well; and hes always been willing to explain what repair is worth spending the money on to keep the car in good shape, as well as what isnt. There have been a couple of times that I thought the car had a significant problem, yet Seth spotted something completely different that only required a minor fix instead. (Example: Sunroof would open, but not close. Another shop said the mechanism needed a compete rebuild. JB found it was a relatively simple, inexpensive software reprogramming related to the sunroof motor.) Ill also echo what some others have written: Up front, accurate estimates; willing to show you the work on your car in the shop and the parts that were removed; a neat, clean, well organized shop. Ive been offered a loaner car; but havent needed to use one so far. However, theres a bus stop right out front on a route to downtown Minneapolis. That has come in really handy - drop the car off in the morning; ride the bus to work and back; pick up the car at the end of the day. I feel lucky to have a shop like JB available. I highly recommend them.

This place caused me so much trouble. I had a typical transmission service done, and replaced some filters.. When they did this service they did their "18 point complimentary inspection," and they found other issues with my BMW.. Amber Reiners, their service manager, told me that I had a leak coming from my alternator bracket seal which needed to be replaced... I went ahead and got them replaced because I didnt want anything leaking from my alternator. A week later my sensor reads that I have a coolant leak (The same area where the seals were replaced) Hmmm.... I never had this problem before the work was done.. I figured Ill take it back in to the shop and theyll fix it. They told me that my expansion tank cracked and that it needed to be replaced. Seemed very coincidental? But I trusted them and had it replaced along with the radiator hose... Then they pressure tested it to make sure it wasnt leaking.. Im not sure what PSI they pressure tested it at, but whatever the pressure was, it was way to high because within a week coolant was spilling out everywhere (super embarrassing) and my car is completely ruined... This auto shop did not own up to their mistakes and instead kept charging me for repairs.. I regret letting them touch my car. They may do good work.. But they sure dont own up to their mistakes which makes me think their customer service is awful. And for that I resent them.

I have been going to JB Eurotech since I purchased my used BMW 528iT. Lets face it, BMWs are awesome but they require some care and feeding, which doesnt come cheap. JB Eurotech is very reasonable, but even more important, they are competent. The pricing is fair, and an awesome value when compared to a BMW dealership. The work is ALWAYS done right; they just know what theyre doing. And they love BMWs and European cars so theyre cool people to talk to. They also dont try and upsell you. They will tell you what they would recommend doing and let you know what may be an issue in the future and theyll prioritize it for you. If you dont need something right away, theyll tell you that you can wait until whatever date. Thats great info and helps you budget and plan your maintenance. I promise that you will not be disappointed!! Ben, Seth, Will and team are top notch.

Eurotech provides a quality alternative to relying on dealerships for your VW and BMV maintenance and repairs. The folks there are friendly, and will complete your job efficiently. In my experience the standard tune up and maintenance prices have been the same as the dealer, but the people there are much easier to work with than at Country Side VW. But the big difference comes on the repair side. Their staff are more knowledgable, and their equipment exceeds what is used elsewhere. The net effect is a quicker repair, and reduced cost to the vehicle owners. I was very happy to find them. When I first moved here I was disappointed in the lack of options I had, and felt forced to bring my car to the dealership. Overall, Ive been very happy with Eutotech, and would recommend them to anyone with a foreign mfg car.

I need to preface this review by saying that the service I received was excellent. I had an engine oil and manual transmission fluid change done on my E46, everything went great. Being able to take a loaner and the location were huge incentives over taking my car down to Motorwerks/Orr as my work is much closer to Eurotech. There is a slight premium to the service, but keep in mind that they are using all-OEM products for fluid changes, and you get a free loaner! Eurotech did forget to reset my oil service interval, along with putting an impossible to remove sticker on my windshield which I did gripe about initially. Sean called me up and offered to drive out personally to reset the cluster, along with removing the sticker which was a nice gesture. Aside from the slight annoyances, it was overall a good experience.
