The Quicklane doesnt seem to be quick or a lane. It seems they task out their mechanics to deal with oil changes and so the labor pool is split between service work and quick stuff like oil changes. I arrived and was told it would take 90 minutes to get me in. Ok, whatever, Ill wait, so I go next door to eat some McDonalds and wait it out. 30 minutes later I come back and my car is on the hoist and almost done. Weird. The next customer comes in and they tell her itll be 90 minutes. I think they purposely sandbag people if they dont feel like dealing with oil changes if they have other service work to do. The place just feels shady.

Just sitting here getting my oil change done on my awesome Ford ;). And I Witness the Ford dealership make a decision on doing the right thing or the wrong thing. And they stood behind the customer helped her out, and did not try to take advantage of somebody who does not know anything on vehicles. I was happy to witness that there are still good businesses and people with integrity! To quote allstate, "Your in good hands when you come to New Brighton Ford."
