This is the only place I bring my vehicle if I can help it. The mechanic on staff usually gets the work done when I need it and the guys who do the oil changes are attentive even in 110 degree heat. On 2 occassions, they fixed something on the spot and didnt charge anything. Some shops would have taken the car in and charged me for a half hour of labor. Not these guys. The only downside is that they dont do transmission, body work, or anything like that.

I came in last week for an oil change and found the male staff to be insulting in their deragutory and sexist remarks toward me as a female. I have been a loyal customer to this business location since it opened. Due to my experience, I will be looking for a more professional and courteous staff at another business. Very disappointing.

Turned me away bc I didnt have my Enterprise Card. Just got an oil change 3 weeks ago at this place and it wasnt a problem. The manager on shift today is the problem. Bad attitude and lazy! All he had to do is call in with the company name, vehicle vin, and company truck number.......... that easy!

Believed to have been over charged for replacing spark plugs, that I supplied. $222. for a job that only took maybe an hour. Was quoted for $75-$150.

Pretty good deal. More expensive than Walmart but if theyll top of my fluids ever time I go to town then its not bad because I burn oil!
