BAD BUSINESS! I had a pair of Continental DWS tires ordered and was to have them put on, an inspection and alignment. Twice they said their alignment tech couldnt get me in because he took his day off 1 day too early, then the day he was suppose to be off they said he was booked solid just minutes after telling me that he was going to work that day. How can you get booked solid in the few minutes between phone calls? I think we all hate being lied to. I go in to get the tires done today (Without alignment because I have to still wait for the tech) to finally have the tires and inspection done and they tell me they returned the tires because I hadnt called them. It is a 1 hour and 30 minute round trip to these clowns for me. I asked the manager what the hell he meant, I had called them every day for the last three days to try to get the appointment sorted out. He said it was over a month they had been holding them for me. I asked him what the hell he was talking about, I had only called three working days earlier. He said well regardless you took too long and we sent them back but we can get them again tomorrow. I told him that I called and they said my tires were here and they were ready. He pretty much called ME the liar. After all the lies and then trying to tell me that I had ordered the tires a month prior and that they were done with me I just walked out while they were still trying to save face. I bought the car (01 Passat) the tires were going on last week, I called them Friday. What the hell kind of drugs is this store manager on?! Stay away if you value truthful business and not wasting your time and money.

I go in for a simple oil change. Asked the guy how long. 15 mins ill get you in. Great so i kill time at subway. And come back to find out that the guy changing my oil had the impact on forward and stipped my drain plug. So they had to get one from another store. Said it was not there fault and i was from my last oil change. Bs and an hour and a half when its finally done and i get my keys. I still paid full price and the picks charges me for a new plug. Never going back. I dont like leaving bad reviews but this is the worst service ive ever had. Own up when you are WRONG

Fantastic, family run business. These guys are competitive on price and selection, but the outstanding customer service sets them apart. Ive been doing business with them for years, as have most of the people I know. Time and time again they go out of the way to make sure you get what you need, done right, the first time. If you dont need something, they tell you that too, which is rare for other shops. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could, the integrity of Mitchem over many, many years is unsurpassed by anyone in the area.

Not sure what is up the rest of the reviews, but I have had nothing but good experiences with Mitchem. They do my oil changes and have sold me 3 sets of tires over the years without any problems at all. Watch out for the big box stores on tires. If a tire sits in a shelf for years you can have major de-lam issues with the tread and side wall. FIY, for what I needed, they were cheaper than the big W... store.

My car was making an awful hissing sound and I pulled into Mitchem to have them take a look. Obviously, I didn’t have any idea what the noise was and had to rely on their expertise. It turns out that it was just a hose that came loose. The mechanic cut off the frayed end and reattached the hose. The best part: he didn’t charge me a thing! They earned my trust and I will be back.

I had 2 flats after going through some construction recently. These guys went above and beyond to get me up and running again. They got my low profile 22s in quickly and did a great job with my custom wheels. This is the best tire shop around. I really appreciated Roberts help with getting the whole thing fixed at the construction companys expense. Way to go guys!!!

Was in a pinch, from out of town, had busted sidewall told them what i needed, (235-40-ZR18 99Y Load/speed rating and AA/A traction & temp) they said no problem only to find out I got 235-40-R18 92W - A/A and they said that these were better then what I had on it. Cost of tires $155 ea. vs tirerack.coms $106 ea. Guess Its my fault for trusting professionals.

Ive gone to Mitchell many times. The first time I took my riding mower tire there that had a leak. They fixed it and didnt charge me anything! That told me a Lot about customer service! They are always willing to get me in and they are moderately priced. Its the only place I go. Thank you guys. You make my life stress free when it comes to my vehicle! Bj Spranger

Brought in a car with a nail in the tire to have it patched. I just had the tire off but felt like it was too big of a hole to plug, so I put it back on and drove the car up to have it patched. They cut off all the lugnuts because they said it was rounded off and put a new tire on anyway! Be very careful when using these guys, very crooked business!

Robert is awesome. Other guy thought I was crazy cause I said tire was low. I had aired up before coming to see them. Just needed them checked for something in it. Not told they were fine with out you doing anything. Robert has always been a big help.

While on the road with our camper trailer we discovered some damage to a tire sidewall and they had us in and out and fixed up within 90 minutes on a busy Friday afternoon. Amazing service and friendly staff!

Front end alinement twice as high then most places, put new tie rod on for me, new tire wore out in less then 1000 Miles, ....Not happy,,,,,wont go back.
