Im sure there are many mechanic places out there that would have no problem charging more or adding a few extra "tune-ups" to the bill especially when they know they are dealing with a girl who doesnt know much about cars. That is why I try to be really picky about who I trust when it comes to doing mechanic work. These guys came highly recommended from people I trust and now I see why! They are all super friendly and they are not into high pressure sales. They do a thorough job and they take everyones questions and concerns seriously. The time and money spent (which was not much compared to other places Ive been!) was well worth it! I plan to continue to go to them with all my repair and maintenance needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Honest, informative, and they REALLY do their best to work with you! I misdiagnosed my own car situation, so they said they could take a look. Gave me the full and honest rundown of what I really needed done, and they even begun work the same day. Id expected to have to come back at another time. As for working with YOU, theyre super understanding of my schooling and work schedule that Id told them, even offered to help me get to and from work while the car would have been worked on. Cant think of a better find in Springfield!

This is the most trustworthy automotive shop Ive ever found. The bills are always exactly what I was told they would be; there are never any surprise charges. My car is always ready in the amount of time quoted. The waiting area is clean and well-kept. It seemed as though, every time I took my car to the dealership, I had to wait much longer than anticipated and they always tried to upsell me. Not at ODAR. Delbert is fair, reasonable, and honest. A+
