I took in my 2004 Volkswagen Passat because I was having problems with my car not starting and finally it just died on me. I had taken my car to other locations however I always got the same response the battery and alternator tests show up as good. No one really taking the time to see what was wrong with my car. Stopped by the Volkswagen dealership but they were going to charge me close to $600 just to figure out the problem. So I did my research and found Dynami Car! First off they had 109 reviews and and 4.6 our 5, what got me in the door funny enough was after reading some reviews, someone commented saying they treated their car as if it were their mothers car. And yes they did! Bernie and Brent were amazing. Bernie went out of his way to really figure out the root of my cars problem. He would call me every step of the way and ask if he could keep the car longer because even if the car was checking off the tests as fine he knew something was wrong with the car based on what I told him and I trusted his experience. When I came in to pick up my car after the car was fixed both Bernie and Brent, took the time to show me both my old alternator and the new one they placed in, and took the time to explain the root of the problem and how they fixed it. I was impressed, they also showed me visuals about the inside of the car; allowing me to really grasp how a car functions. I was so impressed because other locations just fix the car, tell you the basics and charge you, but at Dynami Car they really took the time to answer all my questions and explain the problem and overall function of my car. I knew from the day I met Bernie I could trust him and that my car would be in great hands! Ive been driving my car for a week and half now and thank god no problems have occurred, my car runs great, no problems!! Bernie and Brent are amazing! I would definitely recommend them they are truly amazing mechanics and Ive become a loyal customer! Theyre location is a bit hidden, you have to go through gate pass a brick building but definitely highly recommend them for car problems, oil changes, and overall great price that doesnt eat your pocket.

Its hard to believe, but its already been more than 3 years since we reached out to Dynamicar for service. The first time we called Dynamicar, we were in a bind because we needed a tow on short notice and a shop that could repair our Acura TL that sprang a transmission leak. I called near closing time and explained our situation to Brent and he couldnt have been more understanding and assuring that they could take care of everything for us. He assured me his tow guy could pick up our vehicle asap and get it to the shop so his mechanics could look at it first thing in the morning. It wasnt long until the tow truck arrived, assessed the situation and safely delivered our vehicle to the shop. The next day, Brent called as expected with details on what they found and recommendations on how to proceed. When I went to pick up the car, I was impressed with Brents honesty and customer service skills and they ended up taking me back in the shop (new and clean) and showing me the faulty parts they had to replace. 3 years later, weve done all scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs for our Acura with Dyanamicar and Ive never been disappointed. We also started taking our Suburban to Dynamicar and theyre now our one stop shop for both vehicles. Prices have gone up a bit since we started 3 years ago, but it hasnt gotten out of hand and theyre still very competitive with any quality shop around. Call Brent and go to the guys at Dynamicar if you care about.......outstanding customer service....ownership that is hands on and cares about the quality of their business and the customers they serve.......a shop that uses quality parts............a clean shop..........and quality maintenance from certified technicians that use quality parts and do the job right the first time. Thanks to Brent and all of the guys for all of their help and support over the past 3 years. We appreciate your hard work and wish you all the best in the future. -The Jones (Chaska)

This got long on me so to sum it up: I. JUST. FOUND. MY. NEW. SHOP. If you want to hear about my experience read on... So, I took my car a big chain repair shop (I wont name them but they have a yellow and blue logo) to get an alignment and oil change done, I dropped off my car and went for a walk, decided to grab a beer and then received a phone call from said box shop saying that I needed to replace my inner and outer tie rod ends to be able to do the alignment, and it would be $550 out the door. I asked the box shop to finish the oil change and take my car off their rack. I checked around and thats when I found Brent and his team. He told me that he could get me out the door for 400 and would have the car ready before I had to go to work the next day. I dropped off my car, and got a phone call the next morning saying that the box store actually damaged the tie rod ends themselves by using a torch very poorly, BUT that is ok because the tie rod ends aside from obvious heat damage were fine, and the real problem wasnt the tie rod ends or even an alignment. What was really going on was that my tires were warped and I had a bent rim. What the box store was going to charge me $550 for wouldnt have even fixed my problem! But because they actually took the time to look at my car Brent and his guys got me driving straight down the road with 2 new tires (yes they were cheap ones), a straight rim (yes it was used) and even cleaned and adjusted brakes (they needed it) for only $237 AND I didnt even need an alignment! Ill update this review if my opinion ever changes, but my first impression is that these guys are great, they are going to be my first call every time. If you want a strait professional, polished shop take your car to the dealer; if you want a real, owner operated, independent shop, filled with honest guys who are passionate about what they do, go to Dynamicar.

In November 2013 the timing and water pump were replaced on my 1997 Honda Accord 4 cylinder engine. 8 months later the engine had a catastrophic failure while on Highway 494 rush hour. $180 dollar tow bill to get the car home. Over the 8 months after the timing belt replacement was done, the camshaft gear had tapered the camshaft and the gear that the timing belt was supposed to turn had come off the camshaft. The valves were bent because the engine is a fault engine. The open non moving valves hit the top of the still moving pistons. The empty hole in the end of the camshaft told the whole story. Their mechanic had neglected to replace the camshaft gear retaining bolt. After 8 months the end of the camshaft was tapered enough that the camshaft gear fell off the camshaft. I was quoted $500.00 to fix the engine over the phone with about 2000.00 in labor waived. I should have seen the red flags sooner. Even worse after all this the smooth talking owner went 363 dollars over his original phone quote of $500.00. The owner made sure he kept the parts that would have proven all this. But there was no bolt in the timing belt housing area or wear marks of the camshaft bolt head into the plastic timing belt cover. The owners lead mechanic saw this when he removed the upper timing belt cover for inspection. I was standing right at the front of the engine when he removed the cover. I believe the mechanic lied to the business owner about the missing bolt. I trusted this owner and he took me for a ride. no resolution. This business has started selling repaired cars. Stay away from this business even if you know about automotive engines!
