Least personable people I have ever dealt with in my life. Awful customer service, unreasonable in prices. Please avoid this company at all costs. They do not call you to inform you when your vehicle is done. You have to call them, common sense would be to call the customer when your vehicle is ready. I used them one time(big mistake). If this were the last auto shop on earth I would just let my car rust and deteriorate before letting these people touch another vehicle of mine ever again. I called them about changing an ignition coil on my vehicle a while back. Their appraisal was a whopping 200+ dollars. I bought 2 coil packs for under 50 bucks and changed them myself, the job took less than 1 minute to do. They are out to get your money, and they will make you pay, that is a promise. If you feel like being ripped off beyond your wildest dreams looks no further than the marvelous people out at Quality auto! Good Luck!!

We started going to Bruce at Quality Auto about 5 years ago when we had an unfortunate incident with some electrical in one of our vehicles. Bruce explained what was wrong fixed it fast and reasonably. This place is like the old-fashioned family owned business where service and reputation matter. We consistently get honest advice, good price and walk away feeling confident. This is particularly important to me as a woman where I feel like I dont know much about cars and dont need to feel like an idiot or like I am about to be taken advantage of. I want to have my vehicle taken care of by someone who cares about their reputation. Bruce and his team do that consistently. Everytime. I drive out of my way to go here and its worth it. I highly recommend this business to women.

I just went in and asked for a quote on front and rear brakes. He said over $500 for just pads. I asked him why so much, and got the response that it is the going rate. He did not provide a written estimate.I walked out and shook my head. As I was entering my car the worker came outside and got confrontational. Never go someplace that wont give you a written estimate. I couldnt recommend these guys. Their office and shop was a huge unprofessional mess.

My car was in their shop for about a week. They determined that a particular part of the car wasnt working, but apparently put it in wrong some how and shorted out the electric system. They then spent the next few days figuring out how to fix that. A few weeks later, another mechanic shop told me that it appeared that when the replace one of the parts, they had broken several of the bolts securing it. Stay away

Bruce and his team are honest, fair, and straight forward with their estimates, service, and opinions about whether a repair is worth doing. If they suggest that something be done to prevent a future issue while the part is accessible do it. It will save you time and money in the long run. Ive had three vehicles repaired there and have been very satisfied with them.

Amazing Service! They have a fixed the exhaust on two different vehicles Ive had in the past. On both services, the work they did was very good and their prices are amazing too. I really do tell people if they have any issues, head to Quality Auto Care and they will take care of you.
