I took my car to a big exhaust chain and they said the problem with my car was a bad resonator plate. These guys said it was a hole in my exhaust ahead of the muffler. They offered to patch it, and then midway through offered me a steal of a deal on repairing (not replacing) my door-closed latch. They were about half a day later than they estimated (due to an issue with their welding gear), but the staff was courteous, they showed me exactly what was wrong, and offered me a great price. And since they put hands to my car Ive had no complaints about their work.

Had a grinding noise coming from one of my belt pulleys. Brought to this shop; they checked where the noise was coming from for no charge. Gave me an estimate to fix the the problem. Turned out to be air conditioner compressor. A costly fix, but the person was up front and said i could go without the repair or even look at the option of rerouting the belt without the a/c compressor - though doing the last option would mean no air conditioning. I appreciated the look for free while letting me know of my options.

I cant say enough great things about A&A Auto Care! They quickly identified and fixed the issues with my car and were great about explaining the process, how long it would take, and not surprising me with any extra fees or work that needed to be done! They even install parts brought to them which is practically unheard of.. Perfect service. Ok, Ill be honest, they didnt complete any work because they couldnt find the problem. However, they also didnt charge me the actual hours they spent looking. They had the car for 4 or 5 days and only charged part of one, plus added new fluids at no charge. One of the most honest group of guys around.
