Wow not a lot of happy people on these reviews. I wonder why. I can tell you that the review made by Evan on here is the most bogus thing I have read all day considering you are the owner of the business and even worse you wanted to argue with me about dexos oil for my chevy pick up which you claim dexos is full synthetic and its not its a blend but yet you are always right. This place has screwed up and ruined more of my cars and friends car than ever. I always tried to give these guys a fair chance but enough is enough and now that I seen you the owner are posting how great your place is it just shows you that your place is not the place to bring your vehicle. I really think you must not pay these guys much cause it sure shows and they do not want to do anything above and beyond for the customer at all. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DO NOT FALL FOR THIS PLACE AND THERE TERRIBLE MECHANICS AND OWNERSHIP!!!!

From my experience this place is a life saver! My serpentine belt (or drive belt other people may know it as) broke due to the belt tensioner braking as I was on my way to Winona at night. Luckily I pulled off of 61 and this place was on the exit so I pulled in and dropped my car off via the key drop box. After calls and voice mails over the phone the next day for questions, answers, repairs, pricing, and then the go aheads my car was all fixed up within the DAY OF!! Very nice and easy to work with! And was all quoted right and very helpful and efficient! Thanks Aaron and Tom! Will recommend you guys! Thanks for the great help when I was in need! Fantastic!

My husband took one of our vehicles into Honest-1 Cottage Grove with some very serious brake issues. They were able to resolve the problem after a few hours. He was even offered a loaner. We felt relieved that the car was safe to drive again, since our son was the primary driver. The car had a good size dent in the front bumper and was not properly secured. Asst. Manager Chris asked technician Matthew if he could heat up the plastic bumper cover and push out the dent. They secured it tightly with new clips. We were not charged a cent for their extra body work service. THAT IS WHAT I CALL SUPERIOR SERVICE!!!

Well Ive been coming to this store for a few years and now I feel its time to write a review. At first the service was very good. However, now it has gone down hill. I was mislead about pricing I would receive on a scheduled appointment. No apology or offer to honor the price. I felt like this has turned into dishonest auto care. Front desk has high turnover and its never the same person. Sadly, I will never go back. They lost a valuable customer. Its to bad because this use to be a decent place to get your care serviced. Now they just dont seem to really care.

My first time here and the experience was amazing I walked in and was immediately greeted by Chris. I told him what was going on with my car and he expressed concern and told me that he has the best techs here and that they will take good care of my car and that it will be fixed today and that they will have me back on the road soon. And thats exactly what happened so thank you so much Chris for taking care of my issues and making my car safe again. I will defiantly be recommending your shop to everyone i know. This shop is awesome!!!!

I had brought my car there for a very simple task, when I brought my car in it was running and driving just fine. However, when I went to receive my vehicle the car would not move, when I went it to tell them the problem I was given attitude, I was appalled at how they treated a customer. Apparently they have never heard of customer service. Anyhow although I was given attitude and they were not exactly careful when fixing the issue they did still fix it.

I normally go the Blaine shop, but I had a tire blow out in this area, so I got my car brought here. I just read reviews on here, and I am pretty surprised. I had a really great experience. I think the shop is under new ownership and probably has new employees. I was talked to promptly and given a prompt quote. I will continue to go to Blaine, which is close to my home, but I wouldnt hesitate to come here again if I were in the area.

DO NOT GO HERE: This was an awful place..the staff is lazy and unskilled and theyre not affraid to show it by messing up my friends car, my parents, anf mine. Wheb I put a new gas tank in they didnt even hook it all the way up, resulting in even further problens and an unusable car. In the city of its location it is known for horrible service and even damaging vehicles even further.

Chris at Honest One was amazing! I showed up with no appointment and a very tight schedule. He was able to help me quickly AND efficiently make a cosmetic repair to my vehicle. To make it even better, I was not late for my appointment. I will be raving about your friendly, fast service and, more importantly, I will be back! Thank you so much!!!

I called on a Saturday to have 4 bald tires swapped out on my truck. They told me to drop it off in an hour. The total was about $70 for the labor and not including disposal which I can get for free from Hennepin county. They only tried to upsell me on new valve stems which I took because they probably would have blown anyway after 17 years.

this shop is so clean and nice and the all the people who work here are nice and friendly and did a wonderful good working on my car also Chris and Erin were very helpful with explaining what the issue is with my car and helping me with prices but overall i felt like everyone went over and beyond for me and Im very thankful.

I was in a panic when my car broke down while my husband was out of town. The folks at Honest-1 calmed me down, assured me they had a loaner car that would work for me and my three children, and were able to quickly and affordably fix our van. It was our first experience with them and we were very happy.

they dont really know what they are doing and keep your car way too long. it seem like they hired dummies straight out of high school. they said they needed to fix my sway bar on the vehicle and it was going to cost 630.04. three days later the same noise that it was making when it was broken was back.
