Terrible service. Went in for a brake check and was told I needed my tie rod fixed. mechanic Matt and front desk lady were very nice. Made an appointment 5 days in advance and asked if I could wait for my car, but was offered a loaner for the day when I would drop off my car which was great. Except the day came for my appointment and the guy was late opening up the shop, there was another customer ahead of me also waiting for the shop to open who was bringing his car back from the previous day due to his vehicle not being repaired correctly and when he presented this to the employee his attitude was very non chalent and agitated and his excuse was "they are understaffed". out of frustration he threw the guy the keys to the loaner because he wasnt sure when he would get to repairing his car. so after I checked in and asked about the loaner I was promised he said he DIDNT HAVE ONE!!! mind you I was late going into work , had both of my children with me who had places to be dropped off at. so i Told him I wasnt able to leave my car then and once again very rude and just said "ok" and threw me my keys. had I known I wouldnt get a loaner I would have made other arrangments. had I known the customer service was so terrible I would have never given them my business at all. 2 days later took my car to another shop to have the recommended work done that Auto kingdom told me I needed done only to be told EVERYTHING WAS INTACT and they werent sure why I was told I needed a tie rod!!!!!

Not recommended to anyone, this place sucks. During my visit to MN, my car had an oil leak and I paid Hillcrest $400 for the repair. Got back into town and discovered the problem was not fix. I contacted Hillcrest, they advised me to take it to an auto to do diagnostic on the problem and that they will reimburse the cost. Took my car to Firestone, end up paying another $122 and Hillcrest refuses to reimburse me. Placed many phone calls to the shop, was lied to every time that the manager is not in the office. Leave my contact info, no return phone call. Very unprofessional.

I went there for an oil leak. They told me it was my oil pan gasket and if the truck still leaked oil then it was my rear main seal. Well they put a new oil pan gasket in and the truck still leaked. I went to a different shop to see if I needed a rear main gasket because what I Wes told earlier by there mechanics it didnt seem wright. When the other shoo looked at it they found out the oil pan gasket was put in up side down and the clips that hold it were installed backwards DO NOT TRUST THEM

I have had many things on my vehicle done here and it was done to my utmost satisfaction (oil change, transmission flush, car stater installation, brakes, etc)! Weve gone here to have vehicles looked over prior to buying and theyre expertise potentially saved us from making buying mistakes! I have sent many friends and family members here. The owner knows his stuff and has the best deals in town!

The wait for a $9.99 oil change was actually $14.99 after labor and tax. Not bad, but the wait was 2 hours. Moreover, they were swamped. One of the guys told a guest, he had to leave at 6 pm sharp to take a angry management class. Lol. The need more workers and products on-hand. After the long wait, I was hoping for a freebee or offer another one at half price - lol. Not recommended.

Been there before. They suppose to oil-chang my car, but they do anything to it. I went and picked it up and still saw the oil-chang light on. Though they just forgot to reset it but couple days later, I checked the oil; it was all dirty. I knew they didnt change the oil of my car. Never go there again. Hope that is just for me, not to others.

I was actually looking for a chain on the East side to get an oil change and wound up here. These guys werent only reasonable but funny and welcoming. The price was great so I am actually looking forward to bringing my car here for work in the future. =) Their bright attitude and fast service made the difference.

Ive been here a few times for everything from an oil change to a new transmission and the mechanics are always friendly and informative. Their very fast and reliable, always trying to save me money. I will never go anywhere else. By far one of the best shops to go too!!

When I walked in the shop. The ladie didnt seem so welcoming but they did a great job fixing my car. The only con is that my steering wheel doesnt seem to be straight now. Other wise they did well.

Called to see if they were able to take off a rounded Allen screw. Asked if they HAD a cutting wheel to take it off, Pam answered, she sighed rudely as if she didnt want to help. Terrible.
