The lady who waiting on us was very rude. I was trying to check in to get haircuts for my girls, a man than walked up to the register and she said she had to wait on him first, so we moved over to let him in and her response to us was, "Geez can you move over more and give him some elbow room." I was speechless on how rude she was. Then after she finished with him, she starts waiving her hands at us and says hurry up and get up here. She scribbles my girls name on a piece of paper and says if we come back in an hour they can get their haircut. So we did some other shopping and came back in 55 minutes and there was a man asking to get a haircut and the same lady says yes, there is no one waiting. I looked right at here and said what about my girls, she had nothing to say, I walked out completely pissed and I will never go there again.

Just went in there yesterday March 31st. I came in with my 1 in a half year old. He was crying a little because he was hungry. I fed him and he quite crying. The older lady with the long dark brown/black hair gave me a discusting look when I walked in with a crying baby. I dont know if its because Im a young mom or if she just was annoyed from the crying baby. Either way my hair costs me about 200 every time I get it done. Too bad she lost out on a good sale and a could have been regular customer. I was also gonna a get my babies hair cut for the first time. It was gonna be a big experience. Somthing I would remember forever. Because of the nasty glare, and attitude I got up and walked out. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT. DONT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU CANT AT LEAST BE RESPECTFUL.

Walked in tonight at 6:45pm the lady said they were busy with current clients an if i would come in at 7:30pm they couls squeeze me in and that they dont take walk ins after 7:30pm since they close at 8pm. So i said sure since i was already in the area i will be back. I shop around near by and sit in my car most of the time. Go back in at 7:30pm...sit for 10 minutes then she comes up to be an says sorry we wont be able to get you in tonight!! Both the ladys still were working on a client. I was frustrated on why make me wait around and waste an hour of my time?! She said i could just come back tomorrow...nope never going back! Rude. Inconsiderate. Shocking.

This place is bad to the point that their hair clipper wasnt even cutting my hair. And should I point out the fact that the lady forgot to put a apron on me BEFORE she started cutting my hair. And after she took of the apron. She was still cutting my hair. And got home only to see that there were long hair all over the back side of my head. Went in for a fade. Came out looking like a 6 year old just played with my hair with a hair clipper. I will never return to this place or even fantastic Sams ever. Then, I went to Great clips and got it fixed.

Would not ever return there. First of all I had had a brand new perm else where and went here just to have it trimmed. The stylist did not ask me how short I would like it, just whacked off on the one side VERY SHORT and barely covering my ear. Of course at that point to make it even it all had to be short. There went my fresh perm. This was on seniors day so the hair cut would have been $15. She asked me if I wanted the curling iron and I said yes. She did not tell me that would be another $15 because of that. Yep, a $30 dollar hair cut. Beware!

The staff here to be highly skilled and very accommodating. Fantastic Sams has a great team of stylists, and I really love the Redken Color they use. I decided to change my hair style from the one Ive been wearing for 25 years to something more flattering, which entailed growing out some places and trimming back others, a process I had been dreading. But I got great advice and excellent transitional styles all along the way, and I am very, very satisfied with the end result. Definitely will be telling all my friends about Fantastic Sams!

Bad Customer Service! I arrived for a hair cut on a Sunday afternoon. Neither of the stylists would check me in at the front desk, make eye contact, nothing. I waited at the front desk for 10 min and the stylists continued to ignore me when I tried to get their attention. It was not a busy afternoon - 2 haircuts going on and 2 people waiting. Ive been to this Fantastic Sams on much busier days and got far better service. Bad Customer Service! Fantastic Sams please take note!

The worst service ever! Called ahead for my 83 year old Mother in law to schedule a perm. Was told no problem. After arriving there with my mom using a walker and on oxygen, she was told to wait 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes, was told the staff did not show up so she could not get a perm! Poor service especially for an elderly woman on oxygen and cant walk. Three potential customers that will never consider Fantastic Sams. I would leave negative star reviews if possible.

Seriously crappy service. Walked in to see how much a balayage touch up would be and they said they will charge me starting at $160 (their website says $80) and then theyd have to charge me $53 for just roots. And those prices dont include the extra fees for long hair. When I told them that the price was ridiculous, they shrugged me off. No thanks! Ill be going somewhere else where they wont fudge it up for a fraction of the cost.

Upon walking in all three gals were free and I still sat there and waited for 15 minutes before being called up to get a terrible hair cut, Im not very picky and my hair is pretty simple to cut, if you can follow directions. I dont usually rate/bash places of business but if youre in a hurry and want a good haircut, maybe try another location. The 1 star is because I had to go somewhere else for a do over

I didnt even get to have an experience here. I walked in, with hours left before closing, they told me they were all booked up for the day and were not accepting walk-ins. There was only 3 people in the entire salon. Fantastic Sams has always been a walk-in salon. I dont understand what happened. They were extremely rude about it at the front desk. Will NEVER go back there or recommend the salon.

This place is one of the worst places I have ever had my hair cut. I dont think they are professional at all. The last time I was in there, they were talking badly about another customer because her die job (which was done by Fantastic Sams) turned out badly. The girl who cut my hair made a rude comment to me as well about my hair. I would rather get my hair cut at Great Clips.
