Recommend only for a quick fix or maintenence. If youre looking for a unique style/cut, go somewhere else that is more high end. I paid $18 for my haircut, no appointment, walked in. I was in and out in probably 30 mins or less. Wait time was short, less than 5 mins. Salon was pretty empty on a Wednesday evening. Clean stydio, fyi with outdated hair catalogs. I came in primarily for a trim for my long hair. My stylist, dont remember her name, helped me choose the amount of hair I wanted off. I did get my hair shampooed and it was rough hands working at my head, wasnt very pleasant and was very quick as well. Pretty much snip, snip, blow dry, done. She wasnt very personable - whatever Im not your best friend, she got my very simple task done. Had it been a different cut and style I may have been way more disappointed. It wasnt the best work Ive had and I paid cheap for cheap work. I notice the stylist kind of push some of the products at you to purchase. Stylist recommended doing a deep condition for an additional price, on the way out I heard another employee ask her client if shed like one of their store products that "work." Maybe its additional incentive for them, but feel free to turn it down.

I understand that everyone has first days and bad days, but... honestly? This was too much. I asked for about five inches off my hair. Since its in layers, I understand its going to take some time. However, I was there for an hour and a half. In addition to taking up a ton of time for no apparent reason, the stylist kept snagging her comb on my earrings (which are the stud type). Once, she actually pulled the earring out of my ear. She apologized but didnt offer a solution or a discount. My hair turned out great but the process left much to be desired. I filled out the customer survey on their website as well, and Ill update this if necessary should I hear from them.

So I used to go to the other fantastic sams in Woodbury but the women I used to have cut my hair has left and the others dont cut my hair quite as well. I went here for the first time and had a good 8 inches copped off and had bangs added. I was slightly nervous because I really didnt want thick bangs (had them before... not a good look for me) but I went in and the women (dont remember her name but had real cool purple hair) asked before she did anything and my hair looks AMAZING I am so happy with this and will definitely be back!

I had Bobbi as my stylist and she did a fantastic cut and color on me. I was very impressed and will probably be asking for her the next time. She also had fun personable conversation. A subtle highlight and lowlight and an asymmetric layered cut, I love it. Thank you Bobbi.

I had an amazing experience at this location. Everyone was very helpful! They are all very professional and highly trained. I would really recommend trying them out. Price differences from other woodbury location are more affordable!
