Worst eyebrow wax of my life!...I was recommended, by the stylist, to go buy an eyebrow pen and fill in my brows until the hair grew back! Very unprofessional and the staff lacks knowledge in their profession....never will my family of 4 step foot in any Fantastic Sams again! (Ive been a faithful costumer for 11 years)

Nope. Cant cut my hair or my boys hair right. Very basic cuts and theyre terrible. Neither can the other franchise in town. Not very friendly either.
