This post office is less than a mile from my work, but when I need to visit a post office, Ill go out of my way and travel to the next closest one and avoid this on at all cost. These have got to be the laziest service people Ive ever experienced. They move so slow, its almost comical. The last time I was there, I needed a Postal Money order. I waited in line with my number for about 10 minutes and when it was finally my turn, the lady actually told me I couldnt get a money order from her because she was out. I had to wait on the other gal who was helping someone with a passport. She couldnt walk the 8 feet and get one from the other window, and instead made me wait. The other woman, doing the passport screwed that up 2 times while I was waiting and had to start over. 20 minutes later, I watched about 6 others get processed thru the first window where I was turned down. When the lady screwed up the passport for the 3rd time, I left and drove to another post office and was taken care of in a few minutes. Never again will I use that post office.

After calling in to find out if a package was located here or not my boyfriend was spoken to VERY rudely by a female employee who proceeded to hang up on him. Absolutely unbelievable. **Update: went in to retrieve a package this week and the woman (whom I presume to be the same we spoke on the phone with) was again incredibly rude. She was very dismissive and did not even retrieve the package I was there to pick up. When I asked a question she straight up ignored it and called the next number. Really? Another wasted trip to this branch. I dont even know why they are still open, so unhelpful its really pointless. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Constant delivery problems. Ive lived at a lot of US addresses and cannot remember any problem with other USPS offices. My problems started with my first delivery when I moved here (which was undelivered, sent back to sender, and it was a mess to finally get it even when it was re-sent). I have had packages on multiple occasions that were tracked as "delivered" but were delivered later, often days later. I can usually get some help when I stop by the office, but Ive never had to do that at other addresses.

I have used this PO for over 12 yrs, the staff, for the most part are actually quite friendly & helpful but they have been over worked & mismanaged for a very long time. Cutting staff at the 2nd busiest PO in the greater STL area is the cause of most of your comments. Youd be unhappy working there too. When given a chance they offer excellent service.... all blame is with the management & the current clown needs to be removed.

When I went in there I ask for COD the desk clerk named Charlene rudely said we dont do it. Then other desk clerk came said yes they do. The rude and lazy clerk then try to throw my box at me I told her if she dont want to do it I will go to other clerk, then here we go again she started racist comment towards me I called manager but he was one of them he didnt care either. The staff working IN the office I cant complain simply because I use a closer USPS. However, the delivery personal (that office is delivering my mail) is THE WORST! It is quite often for me to get my mail but NOT the packages I expect... even that the tracking number says my package is "Out for delivery". Delivery personal simply does not give a single fudge!!!!!

Since moving here in May, they have lost SEVEN of our packages. Whats worse is that they dont care that they lose your items, and dont do anything to help find them. I dont know what these people do on a daily basis, because its definitely not what they are paid to do. They are completely incompetent and worthless human beings.

This is the worst excuse for US post office. The staff is extremely rude and they behave as if you are there to bother them. I never had one good experience. If they do not like what they do, just go someplace else. My taxes are paying their salaries and they just do not want to work Everybody there needs to be fired

Today no business mail delivery by 4:25pm CST-branch states unable to give information when mail will be delivered-unwilling to check into and get/give information when mail will be delivered. Mail just arrived. Poor service by branch personnel. PS-I didnt know how to get this posted with less than one (1) star.

Mail delivery is inconsistent. Some things get delivered, some dont. No rhyme or reason and it is a huge problem. No place to buy stamps in the self-serve area so if you want to just mail one letter or card, you wait in line. Or go to Walgreens where it takes 15 seconds to buy stamps.

Guy was helpful and understood my my situation. He tried to help me even though I called the wrong post office. He couldnt help me and gave me the number to the right place. The lady at the other post office made me want to apologize for calling. Sheesh

Lots of bad reviews but I dont really see why. I am here frequently and havent had any major issues. The line can be long, but the staff I have come in contact with are friendly- a little slow, but they get the job done.

I moved here in May, and have had 5 packages lost or misplaced. When I call to enquire, they instinctively pass the buck to other nearby post offices. This is THE WORST post office I have ever known.

Horrible, angry, rude staff. Always. Even if theres no line - theyre in a hurry and a bad mood. Miserable experience so many times, I drive 10 miles out of my way to go to a different one if I can.
