When entering the post office on woodstone drive in st.peters Missouri with my two young sons we were greeted with a very sweet hello from my oldests former teacher. Upon entering we continued to converse about the up coming school year and how excited she was to be one of my youngests new teachers. As I was checking out at the register my oldest excitedly told the man at the counter...did you know we just saw my teacher here? She is right in line over there, pointing to the line. In return with a VERY RUDE TONE he replied well maybe she didnt want to see you. He said what? Maybe she did NOT want to see you he said louder. My son proclaimed actually she was very happy to see us. I back him up and said thats right she was happy she loves you guys. I then said sternly HOW MUCH IS IT?! As soon as I left I called the supervisor. Not sure if she even actually cared but I DO!! I bit my tongue while in there as to not cause a scene in front of my kids teacher but NEXT TIME I WILL NOT HESITATE!! I have been there quite a few times when this man is working and he is always very short and RUDE TO EVERYONE!!! Ive even seen him be Horrible to his coworkers. He needs a class on Custom Service and Social Skills!! The postal service is becoming obsolete and FedEx/UPS are taking over because people dont want to wait in line to get horrible service!! This person should be put in the back sorting mail or delivering. Where he doesnt get to interact with the Public. FYI there are plenty of people in the world that would be happy to fill his position and do a way better job!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE WILL PROBABLY NOT EVER GO BACK!! HOW DARE YOU TALK TO CHILDREN LIKE THAT!!

It is unfortunate I cannot give negative stars. I spoke with a "Jennifer" at the front desk to verify my package was out for delivery today as it is a cell phone and I am currently without a home phone. The site indicated it had arrived at the post office but did not indicate it was out for delivery. I called to verify, was cut off repeatedly and after giving her the tracking number, was told "yes it arrived at the unit today". I clarified and asked, can you verify if it is out for delivery? She said yes it should be. I replied perfect thank you very much at which point she just hung up on me. THIS is why I use St Peters Post Office for outgoing mail and I never used the retail side of this location when it was open. They keep it up theyre going to get the rest of the location shut down while theyre at it. Good job "Jennifer"

Complete and utter shite. The woman who answered the phone was rude, angry, and not at all helpful. She informed me that my package had arrived there, been sent out for delivery, and because of a typo on the label, been set to return to China. She said it had gone out 10minutes before my call. I asked her to contact the driver, she said she had no way to do so. She said I was "out of luck" and there was nothing anyone could do. I asked for a manager and she said "no" and hung up on me. When I called back she said I was wasting her time and mine and I should give up. All this after a man at my local post office told me that it was a simple task to get the package sent out for redelivery. These people suck!

Horrible! I hate the fact that my mail has to go through this location. Every time my post man Mike which is great, takes a day off or goes on vacation I never get my registered packages. I have lost 2 phones that had to go through this location to get to my address while Mike was on vacation the sub was to lazy to bring it to my door and I was never notified that I had a package to be picked up. Now I just checked the tracking on a package I am expecting and it says (attempt to deliver notice left at 6:54pm. I was home, no one came to my door and I did not again get a notice! I am reporting this location to the postal inspector ASAP !

What the heck is going on at this post office?! Second time recently that an Amazon package was said to be delivered but was not. Both times delivered to wrong address. Lost package 1 was delivered by a neighbor. #2 remains lost. My wife had a first-class envelope take 23 days to arrive from the east coast! We had thousands of business mailers simply go missing in our neighborhood, although we paid for "every door" delivery. We are constantly having our mail sent to other streets and delivered by neighbors, and thats just the mail we know about. Of all the places Ive lived I have never had such terrible mail service!

I see by the rest of the reviews this place is absolutely terrible! Ive had a good experience with the clerks but the back mail room is awful! I had to call about some mail being held and not only the clerk but the SUPERVISOR was rude as hell! Wouldnt even look for a track able package! Even after I told them it was delivered to that location! Im sorry for anyone who has to deal with this place! Honestly it should be shut down and all of them fired or being in a whole new crew! Thankfully I dont have to deal with them anymore! You would think with all these negative reviews they would shut it down.

Every time i order a new (and expensive) camera lens, they fail to get it to my address! They mark it down as delivered and then a few hours later as undeliverable. I get mail delivered from this place every day. The packages are not too big for our mailboxes. What is the problem? I shouldnt have to use my lunch break every time to come get these packages! Not to mention how rude these people are when i call to ask if i can pick up or where it went. Worst customer service of all time!

My most recent experience with this post office was unacceptable. Both people at the register seemed as if they were just trying to get my mother and I out of their hair. Others that were there also had the same experience. I feel sorry for the elder that asked simple questions while the lady at the register snapped back with "a matter of fact" attitude. Shame on you! I thought this was the place to send out mail, apparently not. Thank you for opening my eyes to your terrible services.

they are the worst at putting mail in the correct Mailbox have never received mail because when neighbors get my mail they just discard it. I always get other neighbors mail and bring it to the correct address. This has been ongoing for years and the only answer we get is they have no regular driver and the fill ins tend to make more mistakes this is not what we want to here. Postmaster please do something to correct this issue in Town West Subdivision!!!!
