Went to this location to apply for a passport book. My licenses was expired, so I wanted to use my passport card for identification. Passport card is clearly listed on the passport government website and the forms you fill out. However the agent told me I could not use my passport card to apply for a book. I asked to speak to the manager who stated the same as the agent, even after we showed them both it was ok on the form and website. The manager rudely told us that he didnt care what the form said, it was wrong and they did the applications everyday. He let me send it in anyway but said my application would be delayed when the passport agency wouldnt accept it. I received my passport yesterday 12 days after sending off the application. Obviously not delayed. I usually use the OFallon post office (which I love) but this one is by my husbands work, so we met there. I will not be returning to this location again.. the manager was very rude.

Worst post office ever. Which is sad because theres already been a steep decline in the customer services in most every post office Ive noticed. But this place is ridiculous. First off the line was very long with only one person helping people. Second of all, I came in around 5:45 to pick up a package that I needed to sign for but wasnt home. I give the slip and the lady walks away for about 10 seconds and then said my carrier wasnt back from their route even though the slip said it would be ready by 4:30. The next day I told the carrier they wouldnt let me get the package because he wasnt there yet. He informed me that he was back before 4:00 yesterday. That was a very important package and if you cant provide basic customer service, then you shouldnt be working at the post office. Plenty of people could handle your job and do it right without blatantly screwing customers. I dont complain, but this just makes me furious.

I filed several complaints about getting the wrong mail and my mail going to a different address. The problem did not go away. I then called and talked to the manager who began to threaten to discontinue my mail service. He did say that he would personally check my mail for accuracy before it gets sent out. Apparently he is as incompetent as the carriers that cannot read as I have still been receiving the wrong mail. I then contacted the main complaint line through the website via email (which is about as helpful as an automated answering service) and they reassured me that it would be recitified. Fast forward to today---- I just received the wrong mail again! At this point I am seriously considering contacting the Postmasters General and possibly the Attorney General. This is ridiculous.

I had received warnings in my mailbox saying that someone is parking in front of my mailbox (all the mailboxes on my street are on the even side and my house is an odd number. I called the post office and spoke with "MJ" and I informed them that it wasnt my car parked in the way and I didnt know who was doing it. I politely asked what I needed to do and was given no response...just silence. So I suggest moving the mailbox on to my side of the street so no one would park there and immediately gets a snotty attitude and tells me its impossible. So I ask again what I need to do and rudely says "call the cops. Is there anything else?" There was no need to be temperamental and rude with a customer calling for information in a polite way. One rotten egg.

Local USPS carrier was too lazy to walk a package up the stairs to my front door. Instead, they threw it at the front door and drove off. My wife heard the package hit the front door and thought someone had crashed a vehicle into the house. The package was a Xmas gift for my wife, which was broken by the impact despite being bubble wrapped. Thanks for handling my uninsured package with care so tat I couldnt file a claim on the loss. It would have been less infuriating to just throw the same amount of money as the cost of my shipment down the garbage disposal.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I certainly would. The USPS is a joke. I am a small business person here in St Peters and we rely heavily on the Postal service for payments both incoming and outgoing. We have had multiple problems with check taking as much as 2 weeks to arrive in the mail. If I had and option that was even twice as much, I would use it. I wish we had a private company that would compete with the Postal Service. Terrible Management, Terrible Service, Government Bureaucracy at its finest. Were setting up a Fed Ex account today.

As a photographer I mail a lot of USB devices. Within days of each other, I have received phone calls from multiple customers that say they received their envelope and someone had sliced them open and removed the USB device. WHAT!? Is someone in the post office that hard up that they need to steal my USB devices with other peoples photos on them?? Then today, I received a package back that I mailed that contained photographs in a box. The excuse? Its a "threat" to safety? WHAT!? I hate this post office with everything in me.

The absolute worst experience Ive ever had... First off, the clerk was not helpful at all. She offered no best way to take care of my reason for being there. And to top it off, you can all have your own opinion here but I took a puppy in that had just been picked up fron being spayed. I couldnt leave her in the truck because of the outside temperature. They told me they could not service me. Give me a break. It was close to closing and no one else had a problem what so ever. IT WAS A PUP ON A LEASH. Big bad ass postmaster.. Grrrrrrr

0 competence and lack of professionalism. Just came home to find a package sitting on my front step completely saturated from the ice/rain thats been forecasted for a week. Spoke with a Jeff who informed me that "Letter carriers do not carry plastic bags for packages, they are to knock, put it in the safest place possible if no answer. Thats the service you get." If I had it my way, Id opt to receive all mail by UPS or FedEx. They at least attempt to protect packages, not just toss it on the doorstep and walk away.

I havent received any mail in over a week, waiting on my new bank card. Horrible customer service at the location but the not getting mail at home daily is ridiculous. You employ people to deliver mail!!! Ive complained numerous times since moving here 3 years ago and my neighbors have as well - I am told every time that no one has ever complained. Would love to know how to make a formal complaint but after holding for 30 + minutes each time they tell me I cant.

I have purchased a item from Midway USA You have it at your branch I called yesterday to see if I could come by and pick it up I was told I had to wait until 06/19/2017 for it to be delivered .Thats really poor customer service, I dont always believe when I read reviews but your reviews showed bad customer service and they were right thanks for not make the customer no. 1 priority as you claim to do .
