Had been waiting for 3 packages in the mail.. checked my ebay and it said out for delivery.. checked mail box.. nothing.. rechexked ebay and states that "no secure location" umm whole family of 5 been home all day.. no one came to door nor delivered iur mail.. lazy mail person dont want to get iut in the cold...

Need a package held since I wouldnt be here to get it. I called they helped me track it down and let me come get all my stuff early. I mail a lot through this post office and have had nothing but exceptional service.

They need a telephone number not a 800 number. Its not like they dont have the time to answer the phone. thats what customer service is all about
