everytime I go in there the employees are rude. ALso I just moved into wentzville but have lived here now for 8 months and have had no issues reciving my mail unti the IRS finally sent my tax return check ( which ive waited 8 months for ) and the post office returned it saying my address is "undeliverable"! Called the IRS and the address is correct just incompotent employees at the post office... Delayed my tax returns by another month and a half!

Went in on Tuesday to pick up some flat rate boxes for my boss. Irene at the counter was extremely rude to myself and the lady infront of me. We were the first customers of the day. Seemed like the crabby lady woke up on the wrong side of the bed and was taking it out on the morning customers. Extremely unprofessional.

I am extremely pissed ! The Lady working behind the counter is not professional at all she would not accept my credit card because it said SEE ID come on I use it everywhere,, dont worry I will not be back to the USPS again for package sending.... UPS has my business from now on !!!
