I bought a used Mazda3 from All American Mazda and from the first phone call to signing the documents and walking out the door with the keys, I had nothing but a fantastic experience. Luis Luperena was our sales rep and he took time to answer questions and follow up post-sale. I found a piece of plastic missing from an interior area (what I described to Luis as a "thingy") and sent him a pic. He figured out what it was and ordered an immediate replacement. Friendly, caring staff who are truly interested in getting you the best car for your needs while treating you fairly. If youre in the market for a Mazda, or even considering one, call and ask for Luis Luperena, you wont regret it!

Let me start by saying that the day I bought the car, they had me there for 7 hours with my new born son. I am also giving one star Bc it has been over a month and I still dont have any plates. I did a trade in, and I was told I would get new plates. I have called almost every day for two weeks only to have someone tell me they werent in yet and I would get a call soon. No one ever called. I called today and they told me that I should have my old plates and I wasnt getting new ones. Well, I do not have the plates and the entire staff has been misinforming me for an entire month. Im still waiting for a call, my plates, and an explanation.

I had a great experience at All American Mazda. I worked with Luis and he was not pushy at all. He let us browse and test drive without rushing. As a young female, I went in on my own at first and felt respected and as though I was not being taken advantage of. Overall very pleasant experience, even working with financing and the final process- with Pat and Bruce (I was a first time buyer and got a great financing rate because of good credit.) They did not try and oversell anything else and when we said no, they understood and moved on to final signing. The process did take about 4.5 hours but worth it in the end. Very happy!

Avoid the used Mazda dealership at all costs. We went in to look mid August 2017. These people tried to tell us our finance/loan rate would be somewhere around 35%. We were looking at their car and another. The other dealership offered $200 a month, this Mazda dealership offered $256 a month (their car was in poorer condition with more miles). These people shamelessly tried to take advantage of us. Check your numbers and dont be afraid to say no to these cons.. We are a young couple too, so that may have let them think theyd fool us. Especially if you are younger, avoid these people at all costs..

I had such a wonderful experience getting my first lease! It being my first time I was not sure what to expect in terms of what the process would be to get a new lease. All American Mazda in Brick made this experience almost effortless and worry free. They have an awesome staff, and the nicest sales woman Jackie gave me every detail and more about my new Mazda CX5 before driving it off the lot. I even got a follow up from her a few days later asking how everything is going. Perfect 5 for an awesome customer experience at All American Mazda in Brick NJ.

I had good experiences with this dealership. Luis and his team was straightforward and wanted to give me a great deal but I was still deciding on a color of the vehicle I wanted. Luis did not pressure me and stayed in touch in regards to how my vehicle search is going. It a smaller dealership so it was more intimate and provided great one to one customer service. When I decide on the color of the vehicle I want they would have my business. Driving 1 hour was worth the customer service provided. Thanks again to Luis.

Picked up my first lease this week and had a pleasure dealing with the staff at All American Mazda. Shout out to Jackie for hooking me up with my new Mazda 6 Touring, she did a lovely job in making my experience stress free and got me exactly what i wanted. John, Bruce and Pat were all a pleasure to talk to as well. They all got straight to it, no funny business from them. I highly recommend All American if you are interested in leasing/buying a Mazda.

If you want a place that doesnt haggle and make you feel like you are being pressured this is the dealership to visit. When shopping for my sisters car they took the time to go over everything in detail and never pushed us to make up our minds. Patrick the General manager and John the Sales Manager were very transparent and made the whole buying experience one of the best weve ever had!
