Being a girl- I am often lied to and taken advantage of by mechanics who rely on my lack of knowledge to stuff a couple of bills in their pockets...i decided to take my car to gnb after going to a couple of other shops in astoria (of which will remain nameless)...they told me i needed a lot of work done...so i was skeptical...i went to chris/joey at GNB, they looked over my car and told me that i didnt need any of the work that the other mechanic "suggested" ...they walked me through what they were doing...showed me the old parts that needed to be replaced, and treated me like a customer should be treated. Definitely recommend!

Joe and Chris are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest and fair. I have been utilizing their service for years. The work they do is both quick and excellently performed. When you or your loved ones are on the road, you want to be confident that your vehicle is in good working order. Thats what you get from this business. They even send you reminders when maintenance and or inspections are due, a great free extra in this busy world. I highly recommend these guys if you value peace of mind and worry free driving.
