I went there to change my brakes and fix the fuse on my radio. They called me and they said that one of my tires was so bad that it could have exploded while I was driving and it needed to be changed as soon as possible. They gave me a quote and I told them to fix all three items that. They called me that the car was ready. When I came to pick it up, they give me invoice stating that all the work was completed that I went to look at my car before paying and I saw that the tires all looked old as if they were not changed when I asked Sam who is owner or manager about it he told me he was going to ask one of the mechanics. At that moment one of the mechanics came out of the shop and told me that he changed two tires on my car instead of one. I told him that all four tires my old Michelin tires and as per their invoice they put new Goodyear tires on my car.so Sam came out with me and walked around the car and said that all the tires were indeed old and it looked as if they did not change the tires as previously stated on the phone and on the invoice. He apologized and said that he will take those items off of the invoice that but he told me that he gave. me fuse for free. That would mean that my radio was working.so I went to the car and turned it on to check if the radio was. working and it was not. I went back into the store and I asked him why the fuse was not fixed. He apologized and said that they must have forgotten it and asked if I could come back tomorrow to fix the tire and the fuse. Quiting Sam "we are all humans and make mistakes" that to which I said to him that "we do make mistakes but we dont charge people for them ". Terrible place: either they charge money for services they do not provide it or they are clueless. Im not even sure what is worse. Dont waste your money

The mechanics tired to rob me. The owner tried to tell me about problems that never existed. Crooks. I know about cars and because they were a tire shop they tried to sell me tires saying my tread was low. I bought my tires brand new and they assumes I bought them used (maybe cause Im black). I let the owner know of my disagreement and the fact they are frauds. I know about cars and they were telling me things that werent wrong. Crooks crooks crooks. I simply wanted an inspection and oil change. Oil change was $38?!?! Then 37 for failed inspection. On top of that, they had my car on the lift for 2 hours when I wanted to leave. Bad service.

Avoid. Went here because they are local but will not return. My car was making a terrible sound when I braked, they sold me a brake job. I had to bring the car in a day or two later because the noise was still happening, and this time they sold me brake pads. Why were those pads not part of the brake job? No matter--that wasnt the problem anyway, but I was out well over $500 at this point. The noise continued after "fix" number 2, so I went to my trusted mechanic back in Brooklyn, Repairs on Wheels. They isolated the real problem and fixed it--it was a broken strut and broken spring.

Ive been a customer since 2011, I could never take my car anywhere else. Any and every issue I have had with my 2001 Nissan Sentra has been completely fixed at an affordable price. Pete gives it to you straight, and his guys work hard to get your car back on the road same day. Theyve done such a great job keeping my car running that it has saved me thousands of dollars by not having to purchase a new car. Definitely recommend you stop in.

The guy first told me $30 for oil change, but when oil change was done, get asked me $39.47. When I asked about the difference, he said its sales tax. I said sales tax should be around 2.47, then he said we also have to charge fees, Real dishonest people. Do not go there.
