Buen servicio al cliente pero los precios son bastante elevados, trataron de cobrarme mas de $900 por el cambio de mis rotores cuando resolví el problema en un taller de renombre por solo $260, entiendo que por ser un taller especializado por la toyota deberían hacerlo mas económico. Sabiendo que los rotores no cuestan mas de $80 dolares cada uno. Abusivo.

Be very careful when the service adviser brings you the list of recommended repairs. I felt that they did not think i knew anything about cars and was suggested things that did not need to be done and the prices were ridiculous(honestly $305 per tire for a Prius< really??). I was just quoted $70-$90 per tire buy three get one free from a local reputable tire center. So the way I see it they tried to rip me off for, $950 just for tires, STAY AWAY!

I have a Yaris, and Ive been taking it to these guys ever since I moved up to the area (about a year). I had an exhaust leak fixed for less than 250. A tire replace for 150 and their oil changes are only 30 bucks. They are nice, and generally pretty quick. I have noticed if it is going to take them additional time, then they will accommodate you with a ride back to your home.

I had my car serviced at East Coast Toyota and the service I received was phenomenal! Everyone that I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful! They answered all of my questions and explained everything to me in detail! I am extremely happy with the service I received!

I brought my car in for service that I thought was covered under my warranty. Not only did they ask an exorbitant sum to fix it, they could not explain why it wasnt covered by the warranty. Regular maintenance is also very expensive. Not worth the prices they charge.

The repairs and servicing system is extremely organized from appointments to the drive-in drop off, the repairs stay repaired, staff are very courteous, waiting room is customer friendly with coffee, snack, TV, etc. Cost is $$$, but competitive.

Timely and expert service. My service adviser Rui Silva explained to me what was scheduled, what was needed and what to look for moving forward. On a prior service appointment front end noise issue was identified and repairs made.

Worst customer service Ive recieved. Associates are just sitting around doing nothing, Id rather go deal with bmw or Lexus dealerships. My first time to buy a Toyota and my last time to take it to a dealership for a service

Been to the service department. Pretty nice and helpful crew. Waiting time is long if you go there at noon on weekend. At peak hour the seating is almost full.
