I have never had so much mail "lost" or received open and empty before my mail went through this post office. I have requested my mail to be held and went to pick it up to only be told an error was made and it was not held. I then go to my mail box and its empty. I call the post office and explain there was no mail. The employee then tells me they misplaced it and they do have my mail and I can come pick it up. Also, my bank had to mail me my new card 3 times. The last time they sent it via DHL because they got annoyed at how many times itd been lost.

I appreciate that this post office stays open later than all of the other ones in the area, but there are huge drawbacks of coming to this locations. While the staff is generally friendly, everything moves exceptionally slowly here and there is definitely a need for additional help behind the counter. If you happen to come to this location at the beginning/end of a month, expect to spend at least 30 minutes in line waiting for other customers to get money orders from the one working clerk.

My friend said that the Mail arrives after 4:30. Packages and mail are always misplaced by postal workers, and if you have to go buy stamps or supplies be prepared to wait in line and deal with crappy attitudes. She have spoken with a Supervisor and his response was "oh well, it is what it is". No wonder the workers display the same attitudes and efforts, they are being guided by someone who doesnt care.

My mail keeps getting lost or not delivered to me and I get in trouble when things are not sent to me like stuff from Medicare or Medicaid or social services important tine sensitive items dont come to me all the time and I often get another persons mail on the other hand I have a friend that works there whenever he is on my block for his shift everything gets distributed correctly

One of the employees is very rude! I always had a bad experience with him every time I had to come in. Because of him I never go to this post office ever again. I dont feel like getting aggravated every time I am there. My son had the same experience with the same employee on a different occasion. The lines are very long too.

This post office, even when you call and tell them they attempted to deliver your package to the incorrect address and town, they still redeliver to the incorrect location. At this point we just go to the business and pick up our mail and packages. Useless

Eatontown branch fails to scan in packages before sending them to Trenton from what I gather after speaking to a large volume e-bay business and their USPS supervisor. What should take two days to ship four towns away is now MIA.

Everyone is terrific! SO helpful and SO nice! 5 star service every day, no matter how nasty/rude some customers are to them. God bless all of them! Truly a great group of people!

Always incredibly busy and understaffed. Expect to wait in long lines. They have great hours. They are a distribution center so they get your mail out quickly.
