Rude staff, especially one whose name starts with an "H" (not sure if I can name employees, if I can, please let me know because I would love to call this person out!). I had brought in my amended tax return to be mailed and I wasnt sure if it needed to go into a large envelope since there are about 10 pages, so I was planning on asking the woman behind the counter. I had a regular envelope with me and before I could ask, she threw the envelope and papers back at me and said, "You were supposed to seal this. Ill help you once youve done that." I tried explaining I thought I would need a larger envelope in order to send my tax return but she ignored me and proceeded to help other customers. When one of the customers was finally finished, she took my envelope, posted everything and told me, "thats it, you can track your mail here" and gave me a piece of paper. I asked if that was it to which she replied, "yes". I began walking away when she yelled at me that I had to pay. Okay, my bad, I should have known I had to pay with a thick envelope like that but was it necessary to yell? Paid, grabbed my money and left. Disgusting. I understand customers can be a pain or you have a rough day - I work in the veterinary field and understand how crazy and downright mean people can be so I try to be understanding of that. However, when Im being spoken rude to and having my mail thrown back at me when I have not done anything but try to ask a question (I get it if I am being mean then I would deserve it), that really does not sit well with me. Im sure no disciplinary action will be taken against her but to all who go here: beware of her. Its a damn shame I had the privilege of dealing with her. Work on your attitude, lady and if you cant, work in an office where you dont deal directly with customers.
