Just moved our business to this area and first two orders shipped to us via USPS had issues: First package I got a notification from the seller of an issue with delivery; USPS tracking showed "Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available)", but we were there all day and so was our staff and there was no notice left. Called the 800 number on that Wednesday and they informed us the local office indicates the re-attempt will happen on Saturday. I explained we are business that operates Mon-Fri. I questioned why not deliver the next day? I was instructed to call the local office. NO ONE answers the phone, i tried for hours. I started trying different numbers based on the number i was given (i.e. increment or decrement the last four digits of the number) and finally got the voice mail of a supervisor, whos outgoing message indicates to call the main local office number if there are questions about delivery and/or urgent issues. I left my message with the supervisor and never got a call back. Fortunately, the package was arrived the next day. Second package; USPS tracking states "Undeliverable as Addressed". Same vendor, same address, no difference. I called and called and called. No one picks up the phone. I left another message with supervisor. given my first experience and what people have written on this site, im not hopeful, which has given me cause to write this review in hopes others do the same to help bring attention to changes needed to better serve our community. I just dont understand how the local post offices provides the 800 number for customer service, but when you call the 800 number they tell you to call the local office. There needs to be better national oversight and better collaboration. That said, I believe this local office is not reflective of other local offices that are managed more efficiently.

Forget about going there, I run a local business and if mail would come consistently(if at all) would be a miracle. Sometimes 4-5 days go past and I get no mail. Its very difficult to run business when the mail does not come. Countless times my clients will call and say they sent a check a week ago from NYC!!!!!, I never got it. Completely screws up my deadlines as well as my cash flow. You just keep delivering mail to those high rise buildings(where no ones home) first and wait till after 6PM to deliver to the local business that at that time are closed(Buildings are locked, cant get to the box at that time). Brilliant scheduling. Point is, those bills your delivering to the local residents first... guess what, they cant pay them because their employer hasnt received the checks he needs to pay them on Friday. Has to be the most mis managed post office I have ever seen. This has been going on for years. Everyday a new courier. One time a mailman came to me asking where is this building???? Calling them.....forget about it. One time i called for 20 minutes straight, over and over and it sounded like someone was actually picking up the phone and just slamming it down. I really hope you go bust and FedEx takes over the federal mail system.

My experience with this branch is that they are very poor about package delivery, WITH REGARD TO THE PARCEL POST DEPT. and that they dont honor what the shippers, or in this case, I, have paid for. No real priority is placed on getting a package to the recipient. Notices are not often left, 2nd and 3rd attempts may or may not be made, and they often cant easily locate the package (even with the tracking number provided) The facility itself is sort of in a time bubble, with no updated amenities, like a stamp dispenser and a self operated package collection machine. These types of services have been available at USPS branches for well over 15 years. The staff at this branch is minimal, and although they can be friendly, they seem to be completely aloof as to how poorly their facility measures up to the service of successful package delivery. It is an embarrassing (for them) and frustrating experience to deal with this every time I am sent a package. Its also a real waste of time, as I am constantly doing a lot of work to recover my packages. Apathy seems to be a virtue here.

I found this place by luck and so glad I did! Being new to the neighborhood I was walking long distance to Kinkos and paying more for my copies, fax and prints. This place is close and worth the very few times Ive had to wait. Ive been there many times since the prices are the cheapest and the service is the best. The girl there has such patience and a really beautiful way of handling even rush hour times when the place is packed. Shes very friendly and loves her job she enjoys helping people and doesnt rush anyone. Everything is organized and convenient and just very easy for customers. What makes a person want to go back is really her friendliness even under pressure it amazes me. She gives everyone receipts and eases the stress of those Ive observed sending international or domestic packages. I would recommend this place to anyone. Let me not forget the hours are late and very convenient. I think owner should get her help at least part time I wouldnt want them to loose her. Thats the only reading I left 1 start out.

My package was supposed to be delivered to a 24 hours location yet they insisted the building was closed twice. Then on the tracking information updated it to delivered yet it was not delivered! Another persons package from the same warehouse arrived at the time I received my notification of delivery. very upsetting. I have called over 50 times since 10am as their hours are 9A-5P and no one has answered. I have tried to call them before and got hung up on (two weeks ago) three times. When I finally did get through (which is why I know this is a working number and theyre not answering) I spoke with two people. The manager or supervisor informed me to call back at 5:00P on Friday ....? How does that make any sense when they close at 5:00P. Now Im out of a package that was supposed to be a Christmas present. This is NOT acceptable in any way and the customer service is not even terrible, its NONEXISTENT. I know the US postal service does not carry themselves in this way. Its unacceptable.

The window people are pretty nice and helpful, but the carriers are the most incompetent employees ever. I work at home, so theres no chance of me missing the doorbell, yet Im constantly getting notices that they tried to drop a package off and couldnt. Excuse? No other delivery services seem to have problems. Ive also ordered no less than 3 re-deliveries of packages (usually items that they claimed they tried to deliver already), and every time my Confirmed Requests for Re-Delivery is completely ignored and nothing is ever redelivered. On top of that, the phone is rarely answered when you call the actual office. I once let it ring for five consistent minutes and not even an answering machine picked up. No small surprise that USPS is going under and better companies like Fed Ex and UPS are taking over!

To call the people who work here morons would be a compliment to them. My packages always seem lost and no one knows how to find them its truly an adventure every time to get them to me always having to call and figure out and if the package comes fedex or UPS to the post office to finish off the delivery, good luck finding it because the people behind the counter have no clue what they are doing. Packages get lost every time and its a pain to just figure it out. I get my packages late consistently and only after I have to yell at the manager to go search for them again. Wish you could pick which post office delivered you mail and packages unfortunately i have to deal with these people.
