This is the worst post office ever!!. They said they left a notice on my door which they did not. I was home all day. When I went to the actual post office I spoke with this gentleman who said he will help. He asked for information which I assumed he was able to figure out where my package was, after I provided him with my tracking number, he said he has no idea where my package was that to leave my name, phone number, address, and tracking number and he will call when he finds my package. I left the post office furious!. Not only did I spend an hour talking to a person who doesnt know how to do his job, I still have no package.!!!.. A few days passed and no call ( no surprise there) , I called to reschedule package delivery and I still have not received anything. And online states package was not delivered left notice.. I stayed home all day for this bullshit. Im getting dressed and going down there to file a complaint!!!!!

Letter carriers seem to deliberately not make package deliveries. They will just mark it as "delivery attempted" or something like that without even leaving a notification on my door (I have to find out through Amazon). One time I recieved a notification that my item was delivered but I never recieved it. Later come to find out, the teller told me the carrier just marked all his packages as delivered right before he went on vacation . I had to pick up my package from there. My wife and I have wasted a few days not leaving the house JUST to wait for my package just to end up wasting our time when I get the "Delivery attempted" notification without any REALLY attempt made. Unfortunately, I this is the only post office in my area and the ones that deal with my mail so Im screwed. I work 6 days a week and I cant pick up my package, Im now concerned they will return my package back to sender.

There is one person work inside (hes fat & bald, unfortutately, he didnt give me his name or employee ID) who engaged in abuse customers in this post office. If customer, example, has poor spoken English, he may say "Go back to your home, to your motherland!". I have watched this many times. Who he is, actually? He can announce "Everybody! We dont accept credit cards today. Cash only!", after what carry along the customers line dollar bill, showing it in their faces, with the words "This is cash!". Probably, he fun of it all, but it offends peoples. I emphasize, this is government post office, not some contractor. Its unbelievable what kind of person work in there. Strange, but even in third world country this person would be fired, but here is United States and this person hate peoples from year to year without any responsibility.

Worst Post Office EVER! Never got my package. Says that package was left "at or in mailbox" Nope. No package. Nothing. And when you try to get in touch with someone, its impossible. Ive also had them say that they "left a notice" and that a delivery was "attempted". I WORK FROM HOME! I am ALWAYS HOME! Liars! They are just lazy and dont feel like making the extra effort to deliver a large package that wont fit into my box so they say they "attempted" to deliver it DONT leave a notice and Im screwed. I keep a P.O. box on LONG ISLAND at my mothers house where I go once a week to get my mail. Its gotten so bad that I have to resort to this and spend extra $$! They should be shut down or completely revamped and everyone fired!

Worst experience ever. Some Chinese bastard just got up and left saying he needed to use the bathroom instead of doing his job. Good thing I have it partially recorded. Ill talk to the manager of the facility but thats probably useless so Ill try calling offices and complaining because he is a perfect representation of how the entire sheepshead bay office oppetates: lazy, stupid, ineffective, rude. Most ironic, Is the fact that its the only thing they can do with little to no experience and yet they seem to act as if theyre not afraid to lose their job. Yeah, Im sure these people will have no problem finding a different job with some amazing experience in lifting up packages and sealing envelopes...oh wait...

Absolutely the worst Post Office I have ever had to experience in My life - And no matter what I say to them - nothing changes - I on numerous occasions have sat in my office waiting for a package only to receive a notification that they "attempted delivery and will " either "come back another day" or "leave a note to come to post office to pick it up myself". No one attempted to deliver - no one even rang the buzzer - This is the laziest group of workers I have ever encountered and I hope that someone replaces all of the staff there or just shuts them down completely - They have to be breaking some kind of federal law with regards to the mail and not delivering it on time or even attempting to deliver it.

Almost always crowded with only one or two clerks sleepily processing customer orders. The huge self-service parcel deposit box, which is meant to service those coming in with pre-paid/pre-packaged mailings, is always full and nobody seems to bother to empty it, so it can be used again--it just stays unusable for most of the day. Therefore, prepaid service or not, you will likely have to stand in the long line, unless you are willing to leave your potentially valuable piece of mail in the unattended publicly accessible "drop off" window (as in "easy to drop off" and "easy to pick up and go"), which too is always full to the brim. It has been the same for the last 10-15 years and nobody seems to care.

This office is the most ridiculous one. They never deliver packages, never leave notices and their manager acts like a dictator, treats customers badly especially when he realize that customers are confused and dont have good command in English, which is quite common in a neighborhood. Practically, every time when I have a package I have to go to the office to pick it up. Once they marked up a notice as being left at 8 PM! (and I never got it). Yesterday I had a package to be delivered (according to USPS tracking #) - no notice again, and when I tracked the package online, status was "returned to sender". I hope USPS will take care about this crap one day.

This is the absolute worst. I was suppose to receive my package yesterday. I waited all day at the house but the mailman NEVER came by. I found out later when I went online that apparently the mailman had come by and "Left" a notice for pickup. I searched all around the perimeter of my home and never found said notice. I tried calling the Sheepshead Bay Post office to confirm whether the package was there but every time I called the number just kept ringing. I have never come across such poor service. In the future I will make sure to NEVER EVER have packages sent via USPS. This is why UPS and/or FedEx is the way to go !!
