A contract post office, inside of Silverton drugstore. People there are always friendly, lines and usually shorter than at the main post offices. And its the kind of place where they remember your face.

They never answer the phone when you do call. I wouldnt rate this post office at all. What is the point of having a phone number when trying to contact the post office if your not going to answer it!
