I used to have much better service when we had a steady delivery person, who we miss alot by the way. The problems start when expecting a package. Thank god for tracking services. This time when I checked it, it says delivery couldnt be made because there was no safe place to leave it. Those boxes fit with plenty of room through our mail slot. Also on tracking it says a note was left. Yeah, ok. No note has ever been left when this happens. Annoyed because whats in the package is something irreplaceable. Also the people who shipped it charged me a shipping rate for the insured price, but didnt insure it for the amount they charged me for. Its stuff like this thats the reason Im only giving them 3 stars. We have packages delivered weekly or more here too. A good delivery person can really make using USPS way better. Id give a couple of our present delivery people a 2. This is really stupid why they have numerous people delivering mail here. I mean stick one person on the route and let them perfect it. Mail is delivered at all different times, and mostly very late in the afternoon. If they did half stars Id give them a 2 and a half. Get it together already!

Since last year I had nothing but problems with this office. After not receiving any of my packages and several calls and complaints ,now its even worse now I dont receive bills , and its affecting my credit rating and cost me a lot of late fees . I am sick and tired of paying for other peoples Job incompetence and carelessness. These are the following items that I have not received and Im not talking about the countless advertisements that are to many to mention!!! Dec.15 2014 Christmas gift for someone near and dear to me. Feb.10 2015 socks sneakers Feb.14 2015 a valentine gift . Mar.4 2015 Items for my home. Most of these Items I got credited for but thats not really the point is it....? And now for the past couple of month My Bills are not showing up and that is extremely stressful and down right wrong and unforgivable !!!!! Please if anyone has any Idea what I can do Im at my wits ends HELP

I have put a change of address in 10 days ago not only that been contacting them everyday cause one of my Xmas stuff was sent back to sender all destroyed the package then I call them to say if any packages go to my local post office it should stop there cause Ive been calling everyday they left a note for my new mailman about my new address and who I am and still havent received anything I call them and they say I dont know what to tell you I say what do you mean then where are my packages once it gets to my local post office where are my items he says I dont know it takes time ok but were do my packages go in the meantime I dont know probably back to sender this is crazy

To merely describe Lakewoods post office as incompetent is actually an insult . . . to incompetence. I have been waiting nearly a week for mail, and although all courts, state and federal buildings have been open all week, I still have not received any mail. What on Earth can be a justification for their sloth? Nothing. Is there anyone to talk to? Of course not. For how much longer must my business continue to try to function without mail? There is no one who will answer my question. There should be a purge, and responsible adults should take over.

Its been twice already that I havent received my mail on time and its been marked as delivered and never arrived, I called the post office and they jus told me to wait the next day, even worse is that their couriers actually mark things as delivered early and never deliver it. Dont really like this new post office I never had this issue with the old location.....

Lady that answered the phone today was extremely rude, disrespectful and insulting and attempted to not help me before I helped her realize that she can help me. All I wanted to do was find out where our mail was which was a huge struggle but then found out they put our mail in the wrong carrier. At least Anthony was helpful in the morning.

I love the fact when they said they attempted delivery when you have been sitting on your porch all morning. Oh dont let me forget, supposedly they put a notice on my door, NOT!

I send CDs out through Neptune to Lakewood n they never seem to get my clients house, which either makes me send another or drop off a cd. Getting ridiculous!!!
