La atención al cliente es asquerosa, una sola muchacha y ni siquiera un saludo, ni por ser la primera vez que uno va son capaces de mostrar todo lo que tiene el gym, una actitud horrible, mejor dicho por el precio que tiene no significa que el cliente no vale nada, deberían considerar personal colombiano que si atienden bien porque esa gente que tienen tan horrible no le llega ni a los tobillos al Club Metro prefiero pagar más caro pero al menos que me traten bien y me hagan sentir bienvenido no como en esa cosa que hacen llamar gym

"Let this be the last time you come in with a child". Thats exactly how I was greeted when I came to get information with my 2 month old. He did go on to explain the policy but by this point I was already not feeling welcomed. He than started to talk with me and someone else came to ask info than he told me to wait, wait and wait until he was finally done. With so many gyms today customer service is what will make or break my choice. PF will not be that choice.

They need more machines, as in peak times it gets impossible to workout properly. Also a lot of people in rush hours are very *undesirable* as they come from the lesser desirable parts of the neighborhood. Other than that, if you go at a good hour, this is by far the best place to get results. I think some people are just ignorant, especially in Elizabeth. Believe me they make the experience just horrible. Oh well, time to wake up at 4am to avoid the trash!

Llevo varios día tratando de hacer el cambió de planet fitness linden hacia Elizabeth y no me dan ningun tipo de respuesta. Intento online y no me deja voy a linden y nada. Entonces la promoción será un engaño???

Ive been at this gym a couple of months now. I go everyday at all different times. The gym is better now than in the beginning. The staff are less confused and very nice and helpful. They will show you how to use all machines. I never waited too long for a machine. They cant read minds so you have to ask them. My only problem would be the parking. This gym is very popular and parking is inadequate sometimes. Also the gym is never loud

Friendly atmosphere. The workers are very helpful and informative. You dont feel out of place because people of various fitness levels come-theres both lots of men, women, and overall diversity. The price is right, and occasionally they give out free food. It gets busy, but theres still always something to do! They even help develop customized fitness plans! Ive seen lots of people progress there, and Im starting to progress as well.

I give this gym absolutely NO stars, had to give it one to make this post. Today my car was broken into and my belongings stolen. This gym has been aware of this problem and has done nothing to protect its members. I know we as members dont pay a large fee to attend this gym, however, they do make enough money off us to afford some type of security guard policing the parking lot at this high crime facility.

I went in for the first time about a month ago . Really nice gym . But no body from staff reach out to me been that it was my first time , no body gave me a walk thru . So i spend like 20 min just wondering around looking at everything familiarizing with the equipment .. I think the staff should be more tentive of the members . I havent been back since but thinking of going back soon.

Prices are good but some members think theyre going to a nightclub and instead of exercise, they try to hook up with girls, management should have zero tolerance for these individuals whose only purpose is to bother female members while they try to exercise, they need to fix this problem before someone starts a sexual harassment case on these undesirable individuals.

I enjoy the going to gym after work.. only problem is the over crowding. I have to wait for a treadmill 9 out of 10 times.. becomes very frustrating. Guests are doubling the occupancy and paying customers are having to wait. Planet Fitness should review guest policy (said number of free visits per customer or guest allowed only during non peak hours).

I called them to ask some information about my membership the guy left me on hold for 20 min saying he would help me and pull up my information then the whole 20 min I hear him talking the whole time and when his done talking he hangs up on me so I call back when I call back it send me to voicemail

Please do something about the spiders! You might laugh but people like me have a phobia with them. Oh and you guys should get the yoga abs ball that would be nice. Other than that I like going in the morning cause its less crowded, the people are friendly, staff dont bother you much.

Unable to get a good workout. The circuit rooms are always packed with people that are not following the circuits and the staff does not regulate it. The place is always crowded and the weights are taken over by the body builders.

When a machine breaks they take forever to fix them. This wouldnt be a problem if it was a treadmill of which they have too many, but if its a particular machine of which they only have one, that is a problem.

The new staff and assistant manager are very friendly compared to the old staff. The atmosphere is much better than before. So I give them five (5) stars. Keep up the good work!

Its always overly crowded. Sometimes I have to wait until late at night. The front desk people are always too busy to even speak to you. I going to look for a different gym.

This is a great place. It is very true, that is a judgement free zone. The premise is always very clean and the staff is very nice and friendly.

Under staffed..massage and tanning area the worst! Tanning area never works or takes 45 minutes every time just to get started if lucky!smh

There are no free weights mostly machine. If you are okay with that then this is the gym for you
